it's a very nice restaurant with fresh and delicious food.
we hadbreakfastbuffet here during our stay at waldorf astoria and we really like it.
the buffet has so many different options. the staff is friendly, the location is great. we will be back soon.

waiting for more than 40 minutes post ourbreakfastorder, was served cold croissants that we asked to reheat twice, was served orange instead of mango juice, was not even given plates. the restaurant is not full but the staff is running helter skelter.. as a guest quite concerned and a touched baffled, this should be the simplest and
fundamental.

enjoying a short summer break / staycation at the stunning and beautiful waldorf astoria in rak and just back from a lovelybreakfastat qasr al bahar.

great selection of food, superb ambiance, polite and friendly staff, loved it.

only complaint was that the coffee was not piping hot.

we hadbreakfastin qasr al bahar during our stay in waldorf astoria. thebreakfastbuffet is generally international. however there’re small sections for different cuisines like emirati or asian. the quality of food was above average but not exceptional. service was very professional; our needs were fulfilled without delays which is rare to see in breakfasts. also there were no ques in front of omelette section or any other place which means staff was managed effectively. overall a nicebreakfastexperience.

on our getaway to waldorf we had ourbreakfastand dinner here. first things first they serve some of the best desserts and breads i’ve had in a long time! 🤩but the main course as such was not exciting at all. but who wants mains when i can stuff my self with breads😜. they did however have kid friendly meals that was appreciated.
i was also disappointed at the fact that even water was charged at the dinner buffet. most hotels would serve you free water on half board. we paid aed 23 for a bottle of water👎🏻

editing this review for the horrendus food experience for dinner buffet
all starters were cold
food not fresh
pasta in pink sauce stale
guys you are taking such a wonderful property down by this food issue .
totally ruined our experience as food at dinner buffet was not up to the mark .
even the live speghetti was no fresh and had a weird smell .

food was cold .



breakfast here is amazing . the vast layout of food is good . they offer a wide variety and it’s difficult to choose what to try and what not .
specially enjoyed the pancakes and muffins ... eggs to cold cuts to omelette to sausages ... great variety of salads as well .
this place is recommended for a heartybreakfast!!!
the staff is always smiling , courteous and pleasing .

what stood out were the staff. all polite and they made sure we didn't wait or lack anything, always asked how to serve more + all smiles wherever we turned :)

we had thebreakfastand dinner buffet and the variety was amazing, couldn't have it all even if we tried lol. we loved the tasty selection of smoothies and cuisines. 

the venue is also tastefully decorated with attention to details.

stayed in waldorf astoria and had the chance to dine in at the qasar al bahar for breakfast. a very goodbreakfastspread that compliments the grandness of this premium hotel.

they have a wide variety of just about everything :)

their pastry, muffins, breads, cold meat cut section stand out and deserve a special mention because of so many options. the variety of food overall is well thought of and can easily accommodate various eating preferences. staff at the restaurant is also very helpful and are able to fulfill any special request that you may have.

we would be visiting the hotel again!!

the bestbreakfastever!! the variety is incomparable to anything i have seen before.
everyone is catered for from dairy free, to savoury lovers, to those who prefer sweet dishes forbreakfastto a fresh organic fruit selection! not to mention the dairy options range from low fat, fat free, skim milk, lactose free... the date smoothie is a winner ! & the perfect way to charge your energy system during breakfast..
the chef making the eggs is efficient & ensures that he serves you a hot omelette!
definitely worth the high price !!!

had my luck charm work and bag 2 night complimentary stay at waldorf astoria and thus got the chance to have mybreakfasthere at qasar al bahar for 2 days straight.thebreakfastruns from 6 to 12..there is a wide variety of spread for the buffet and the seating area is so airy and artfully color themed.there are 5 types of fresh juices,organic selection of some foods,freshly prepared bakery goodness(croissant-must have !)4-5 types of milk :0 and then moving to the savoury side they have arabic dishes likes foul medamme and couscous.sausages,bacon,fried rice,singaporean noodles,smoked fish,channa curry,eggs(made to order) counter and even smoothies in cute little jars ! its abreakfastheaven,although it would be great if they do a menu change alternate days :)its trulybreakfastlike king at qasar al bahar

all i can say is that thebreakfastdoes reflect the luxury of the waldorf astoria and their reputation.
a lavish spread of cheeses, bacon, eggs, cereal, bakery, etc.
super tasty eggs, fresh croissant but the brie was below my expectations.
great service, strong coffee and a yummi muesli.
now that's what i callbreakfastof the champions! 💪

breakfast at qasr al bahar is not just an average hotel brekkie spread.

4 kinds of bacon- enough said. i was particularly happy to see their pork section. in fact right from the cold cuts to the sausages and bacon- the quality of what you're eating was extremely apparent in the look and taste. impeccable.

apart from the common live egg and crepe stations they have also got a gluten free spread, healthy corner, and the not-so-healthy 'carbs' exhibit of delectable almond croissants, fruit of the month danishes and my personal favorite- the nutella muffins.

whether or not you're staying at the waldorf- if you're in the area,breakfasthere is a must!
