went to puzzles on 27th april to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. ambience at light beautiful . service verygoodalthough they don’t provide finger bowls & our indian food certainly needs one so that is irksome. ordered cigar rolls& three pepper cottage cheese for appetisers . bothgoodbut later just old wine in new case. was chilli cheese with new name .ordered subz maskewali & rawalpindi channa for main course . bothgoodbut too oily as now a days no one wants over greasiness. overallgood experience.

would have love to give review in negative if that was possible. took my cousin's out for dinner on tuesday to this place , little did i know that it would be such a traumatic experience for me and my family.
we were sitting on the rooftop restaurant and just started having dinner when a mouse ,i repeat a mouse jumped on our table and then jumped on 3 of my cousins before running away.
this was a not a small mouse but agoodheavy one around 2 kg types which showed how he has been relishing at this place.
we called up the head over there and he just tried to rush up the matter saying sir ,"it happens, koi baat nahin. hum aapko andar bitha dete hain ."
the guy was mr rakesh .
there was simply no sorry or etiquette of changing of food or plates if mouse has jumped on it.
we asked for the bill and to call some senior person .
bill they got happily and quickly but no senior person came.
also ,in the bill worth mentioning was 20% discount given to us because of the incident.
this is the way they treat a customer .
on saying that i want some senior to talk to ultimately a manager came from downstairs who said that sir we will waive off the bill .
all we wanted was simple humanitarian gesture of apology and fresh food but we got none.
the last coffin in the nail was manager then saying since all ceilings are together , how can you say it is our mouse , wahan se jump karke aaya hoga.

such pathetic attitude in hospitality industry .
it was such a serious matter but they just treated it so casually . really disappointed. this is not a roadside dhaba for god sake but a high end place.
i had filled a form there also hoping for a call back but none came.
that's why i am writing after waiting for 3 days.

lovely rooftop ambience withgoodfood and service! ideal for families and young adults.
the prices were in agoodrange and the overall experience was worth it.

we are big fan of puzzles we are placed the order tandoori chicken and pasta in white sauce. the food was average. and we are placed the bar order 's puzzles devil's and elephant tower and my friends like the fire shot and we are like the ambiance and service. the staff is very polite. music was goodand we are come again soon.

our experience was not sogoodwith the place ..food was not up to the mark .. place was also not tidy .. though great ambience .. and concept .. but expected much more

ambience notgoodas shown in picture and they play very loud music (you can't even talk to your partner) and some staff members always seems to running away from duty

denied billing via dineout app to avoid any discounts to customer. have to pay via cash or card.

amazing ambience,goodfood, staff and service..!!! make sure to book your table if you are planning to visit on weekends..!! cigar rolls are amazing must try..!!

the terrace sitting is a great option in agoodweather. family friendly. staff is cooperative. the food is also verygoodand the presentation is also good. great ambience with light music is a bonus.

though i'm a fan of the cove, puzzles did not impress me as much. 
starting with the ambience, they playgoodmusic and the outdoor rooftop seating is certainly one of the finest in the city. 
as for the food, we ordered dahi ke kebab as it a personal favourite and always turns out to be a delight. 
the fresh garden vegetable pizza was 7.5/10. it was just average. 
coming to the drinks, a breezer is overpriced. we ordered the gringo, which was meant to be a concoction of beer, tequila and grape juice. the latter was missing, which made the taste too strong to handle. 
further, about the service, i think it was a rush hour for them when we visited so the person who was catering us was all over the place. there weren't any major issues but i think things could be improved.

overall agoodplace; however, we had to change our order twice because certain items were not available.

overall - 4-4.2 experience. reallygoodfood and drinks. the rooftop ambience was too good. food quality and portions were too good. chicken tacos, grilled chicken breasts, lemon carper chicken was very nice.

the place boasts of being upscale. the ambiance is very good. the decor is top notch. it gives verygoodvibes.
however, the waiting staff is not very knowledgeable about what's on menu. the wait for being seating was a chaos and not smooth at all. service standard was bad.

well, now comes the food. food wasn'tgoodat all. first item i ordered was not available, on a friday evening, at 7:30.
the food that finally made way on our table was not good. i agree that every one has different taste but i can guarantee that food wasn't the forte here.
then came choice of drinks. ordered a beer off the menu and again it wasn't available.
asked for another again not available. finally settled with whatever they had.
then later i asked for a sangria. it wasn't available either. again, friday evening and they couldn't serve a sangria. and it is supposed to be a verygoodupscale restaurant.

ambiance was very good. everything looked neat and beautiful. decor was top notch apart from the wobbly table. nothing that a few pieces of tissue tucked under couldn't fix.
waterbody on rooftop gave a very pleasing feel.

its a verygoodrestaurant if you like to look at things and appreciate a nice ambiance.
but if you are one of those who go to a restaurant to eat. you might feel the taste of disappointment.

will i go to this restaurant again? on a gunpoint, sure!

besidesgoodambience, the place hasgoodfood and service to offer. mini veg platter, falafal, quesdilla, pasta, fajita, kebabs, tacos are some of the items on my list that i order whenever i visit the place.
mocktails aregoodbut can be better.
service was damngoodas usual. keep it up guyz...👍
