visited this place a couple of time and they never disappoints !! lovely place and good food ...

they think like puzzles is like jal mandir palace of udaipur. the staff is rude and arrogant and thinks that the guest is a fool.

2 star only because of service. one will get main course in between of your starter and when you politely ask to bring after sometime, you get refusal. best part is that main course plates and food dishes been place very far and no one bothered to serve you. looks like a burden to them. reason what i thought is that i went with 2 head counts, with my wife. guess you might get better treatment and only when you go in group.

very very third class food by the restaurant..today i ordered hummus and pita breads instead of getting breads they served with pita papads!!they were so hard even not able to bite them!!
this is not the first time am facing the problem with this restaurant previously also they did the same thing and also there delivery is very late..
i will rate 0 star to this restaurant
so please guys don't order anything from this restaurant
they make fool of their customers

tips make reservations on weekends if you plan to go after 8 in the evening.if you are a cricket fan, ask for a table on the left side of the terrace. it has a big screen to watch ipl games.

went to this place for pre-dinner drinks and appetisers. to start with the ambience, they have pretty much nailed it. the indoor sitting area has a contemporary feel to it whereas outdoors is more casual and chilled out. water pool and the view overlooking the city's skyline adds to the experience. for appetisers, we ordered chargrilled vegetables which come with two dips, fried exotic vegetables tossed in wine and velvety malai soya champ. i liked the chargrilled vegetables but even more so the dips that came along with it. the dips complemented vegetables very well enhancing its flavour instead of overshadowing it. i did not like the fried vegetables though. but then maybe because i shy away from baby corn and there was a lot of it. so it's a personal preference rather than anything wrong with the dish per se. soya champ was okay. but khumb mutter in indian speciality was the star dish of the evening. it had elements of surprise and great flavours. they certainly have a solid main course something worth a try.

went to puzzles on 27th april to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. ambience at light beautiful . service very good although they don’t provide finger bowls & our indian food certainly needs one so that is irksome. ordered cigar rolls& three pepper cottage cheese for appetisers . both good but later just old wine in new case. was chilli cheese with new name .ordered subz maskewali & rawalpindi channa for main course . both good but too oily as now a days no one wants over greasiness. overall good experience.

we had a birthday celebration here and had an absolute blast! the setting is perfect with most pipes and glowing trees after a day in the hot chd sun.
food - chilli paneer and drums of heaven tasted same literally! do work on that.
music was a little loud for comfort although great retro tracks.
toilets need some attention. they should get them cleaned regularly.

amazing ambience accompanied by great food is what you get when you enter this place. it was an overwhelming experience and i am sure this is going to become one of the top picks for me for a very long time. the rooftop, pool and cabanas are a sight for the eyes. must visit.

would have love to give review in negative if that was possible. took my cousin's out for dinner on tuesday to this place , little did i know that it would be such a traumatic experience for me and my family.
we were sitting on the rooftop restaurant and just started having dinner when a mouse ,i repeat a mouse jumped on our table and then jumped on 3 of my cousins before running away.
this was a not a small mouse but a good heavy one around 2 kg types which showed how he has been relishing at this place.
we called up the head over there and he just tried to rush up the matter saying sir ,"it happens, koi baat nahin. hum aapko andar bitha dete hain ."
the guy was mr rakesh .
there was simply no sorry or etiquette of changing of food or plates if mouse has jumped on it.
we asked for the bill and to call some senior person .
bill they got happily and quickly but no senior person came.
also ,in the bill worth mentioning was 20% discount given to us because of the incident.
this is the way they treat a customer .
on saying that i want some senior to talk to ultimately a manager came from downstairs who said that sir we will waive off the bill .
all we wanted was simple humanitarian gesture of apology and fresh food but we got none.
the last coffin in the nail was manager then saying since all ceilings are together , how can you say it is our mouse , wahan se jump karke aaya hoga.

such pathetic attitude in hospitality industry .
it was such a serious matter but they just treated it so casually . really disappointed. this is not a roadside dhaba for god sake but a high end place.
i had filled a form there also hoping for a call back but none came.
that's why i am writing after waiting for 3 days.

lovely rooftop ambience with good food and service! ideal for families and young adults.
the prices were in a good range and the overall experience was worth it.
