i and my brother visit the resturant on 15th may 2017, had and outstanding experience with thestaffso friendly thestaffare and the ambience is also beautiful also i would like to appreciate for the great service provided to us , especially i would like to thank "mr.dharmendra" who took really good care of us as i was on a visit to uae first time, he made my experience memorable- he suggested the best dishes which was a perfect dinner package felt like homely taste, perfect quantity as asked without wasting food and with absolute ingredients mix and match as requested, which made me fell in love with the taste and he also made sure it was not too fried nor oily inspite of having busy crowd he took gud care , be it - his service , his patience , his smile of greeting and making the new client comfortable as homely feeling his knowledge for suggesting write dish according to the taste is exemplary hats off, well out my three months stay i abu dhabi this is my second resturant which i would rate 5 /5 , it's an outstanding restaurant one must visit with family i bet ull ove it. this forces me to visit again to uae for just to meet him , otherstaffand super quality food - its promise will cm soon if fate permits pls continue the outstanding wrk u guys rock.

excellent food, nice preparations. this place is located in the ritz carlton resort. it was a pleasurable moment for me to have delicious food in this restaurant. on thestaffrecommendations every dish that was served to us was prepared excellently.

have visited this outlet over a couple of times during my past visits and each and every time the outlet and it's food has managed put a smile on my face. it always successfully has fulfilled my craving for indian food (specially butter chicken). the service is fast andstaffvery polite and courteous who always take care of you well and food oh the delicious food i just can't explain it in the words right from sheek kebabs to lamb chops to butter chicken every dish is delicious. i can't recommend this outlet enough

i expected a lot from punjab grill, but i guess we happened to experience the restaurant on one of its off days.

i wouldn't recommend this place if you're a vegetarian. the food is decent, but not exceptional.

the applewood smoked sweet potato & starfruit and the laban kebab starters were the highlight of our meal. both were delicious!

for the mains, we opted for kesari guchi (good but not fantastic) and laccha palak paneer (which was average). the tandoori rotis were fabulous, however. best we've had till date.

considering the fact that punjab grill is an indian fine dining restaurant, the service sadly didn't commensurate with the reputation it has earned for the same. it was decent at best. thestaffwere courteous, as expected, but not a step ahead. they seemed to be in quite a bit of a hurry to get over with the activities for the day.

i wouldn't judge the restaurant on a single visit itself, but i doubt it warrants a return trip.

update: thinking about it, i've experienced far better service in casual restaurants lol.

the food was good as well as the mocktails. thestaffwas good. anil thapliyal was serving us and was very polite and attentive during all the time ....enjoyed.
