am amazing place for sure. i loved the ambiance and the stunning decor. the staff were friendly and very welcoming. we ended here as one of the contestants for the desert challenge in pretoria. what was presented to us was mouth watering.
we were served a vanilla panna cotta with apple pureè, apple and strawberry compolè, blueberry reduction, mango pureè, lemon curd. sour cherry gel, with pistachio, saffron and coconut sobert on a bed of pistachio crumble.
the texture presentation and actual desert was out of this world. it was so refreshing and summery. it just made me feel as though i was on an exotic island with this scrumptious desert that just tantalising your taste buds.
it was very unique and packed with a burst of flavour.
