patty melt & clam chowder goood. walked over from the riverwalk inn where we were staying to do a take out order. it was ready when promised. the food was plentiful. the patty melt was good, the rye bread was delicious! the waffle fries were good, as were the broccoli and cheese bites and the order of onion rings were made with homemadebeerbatter and a huge amount. the chowder had lots and lots of clams. i liked it all. no complaints. the tavern has some history to it and is quaint. exactly what you expect from an historic building on the coast.
