i am sure in ramadan they have a lot of orders but then they should accommodate for traffic.ordercame so late that the food was stone cold, the fries were soggy. disappointed at the service and delivery.

placed anorder15:21 expected deliver was 16:06 its 16:51 ... one and a half hours and still did not recieve my food. this is unacceptable and unprofessional. i wonder how cold my food will be ....

order my meal online at 3.58 pm and the time now it’s 5.11 pm . till now my delivery is not delivered. i called the customer service and they said the driver just left the store at 4.59 . myorderhad to be delivered at 4.44 but till now it’s not yet delivered.. i will never everorderfrom this restaurant. very bad service and very bad customer service .. you guys better shut down your restaurant if you can deliver on time ...just now received myorderat 5.17 .very very very bad 😡😡😡😡😡

great staff’s and food was okay. my previousorderthere was a small item missing however, everyone does mistakes but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a second chance.

they forgot to bring the additionalorderi made when i called them directly to add a 2 pc chicken. i paid the driver the pending amount but when i counted the chicken it was less. i called them and they said driver will come back. no problem coz we just fit all the pieces for everyone. we finished lunch but the missed food still hasn’t arrived. other than that all ok.

do notorderhere if you want a delivery that’s on time. waited an hour and half for my food to be delivered and was cold.

popeyes is my favourite go to comfort food and recently ordered through zomato app and right away got 10% from my total bill and not only theorderreached before the given time i was updated through each step so that was a relief rather than not knowing when it would arrive .
i'm really impressed once the food was delivered i received and sms notifying i collected them.
the food is not greasy as most of the fried food would be generally
the broasted chicken at popeyes spices are so well coated into the chicken you don't feel heavy the chicken is so well cooked.

what i would recommend :

3 piece tenders combo
cajun fries
1 biscuit
1 soft drink
1 garlic dip

aed 15

value for money perfect for 1 person
can make it mild/spicy

i would say it's much better than other fried chicken places less oily and the chicken is soft and juicy inside and crispy outside

horrible!!! extremely horrible 😷 disgusting is not even enough to describe it!! chicken tasted old and spoiled . even rats won't come near it... every year we visit uae we have to stop by popeyes but this time it was the worst ever... it was the first time weorderout we called back to tell them it was not edible .. the manager explained that popeyes have always tasted this way😂 and suggesting maybe we like our chicken well done.. since when can chicken be cooked less???? and to make it worse they have sent us a new substitute to one of the meals although we actually threw away all of them... yet the new one didn't taste any better😠😠😠😠 70 dirgams for nothing!!!

the coleslaw was absolutely horrible. had the aftertaste of puke. i am convinced it was expired/old. the fries were soggy, and the chicken was cold. would notorderagain.

as my kids wanted fried chicken i ordered the 4 pcs chicken combo(dhs.25) served with white rice & gravy and 3pcs chicken combo(dhs.22) served with mashed potato and gravy. when we got the items on the table there was no rice or mash but 2 coleslaw. when i checked with them i was told that they do not have mashed potato! i wish they would tell this to the customer at the time theorderis placed.
so they exchanged it to white rice, which took some time.

the chicken and fries were okay but the gravy for the rice tasted bad, almost like what you would expect old and expired medicine to taste like.

i ordered via zomato, half chicken worth 22 aed, and a cheese cake 8 aed.  it took them one hour to deliver and theorderwas incomplete. they did not deliver the cheese cake. one item was not delivered out of the two. i called the contact center they asked for some times then they called me from abu dhabi and told me it will be at least 45 minutes before i will get my cheese cake. i got the name of the manger and everything but i am not going to go this extent to publish the name... but if youorderfrom them be ready to be surprised....
