only received a small packet of garlic sauce (paid 1 aed for it). fries were not even warm. there was more bone to thechickenpieces than actual chcken. worst meal i've had from popeyes.

this place was really good! was one of the two restaurants operating at the safeer mall food court so we decided to try and we were in for a surprise. the food took quite some time to be made as everything was made fresh. but glad that we waited as thechickenwas so crispy and was actually spicy like we asked. the fries too were thin, with the right amount of salt and were also crispy and fresh. the biscuits whilst hot was a little too much doughy but really it didn’t matter as thechickenand the fries made up for it. even after reheating it the next day the taste was not lost and it didn’t become oily like some
other fried chicken. try this place out but just be expected to wait a little longer than usual.

ordered cajun burger and twochickenstrips combo. food came missing a drink and thechickenin the burger was undercooked and unedible! thechickenstrip were very dry and the fries were very oily only ok item was the biscuit and that too was just ok.
very disappointed 👎

thechickenwas not tasty and there was a smell as if it was fried in fish oil. the fries were soggy. the staff were very polite and they offered me to replace my chicken. but replacementchickenwas also having same smell. the food offered was cold. i had high expectations from popeyes.

ordered feast box through zomato - terrible food.chickensmelled rotten or it was like cooked in fish oil. on complaint i was offered replacement , but again replacement was also not fresh. biscuits too were not good. i have had popeyes many times from other outlet. but this experience was really terrible.

the more items i try here, the more i am convinced of the quality of this fast food joint. betterchickenand choice of sides edges it out amongst other competitors. they have fried fish and prawns which makes a good variety of food in their menu

price is slightly on the higher side compared to other bucketchickenproviders.

but in this particular branch, they were out of mashed potatoes with gravy which is one of my favorites. so dissapointed

i have been having popeye's from safeer mall's branch for a couple of months now, quite often than not. their taste has been consistent; consistently good. thechicken(mild flavor) always tastes like they fried it fresh before the delivery. the fries are crispy although not all the time.

given i have a sensitive stomach, popeye's has been the only fast food whose fried chickens do not give me an upset stomach and the non-spicy version tastes great.

i can give nagitive rating because they are not fair & loyal to the customers. i askchickenthey showed me this and a normalchickenburger and a happy meal .. ordered and paid after that .this thing has beef and said they will remove it we said to cancel and they didn't and the whole staff argued arrogantly ... the staff is uncooperative.. they dont know how to handle the customers. fries are worst and soggy-dhanush vemulapalli

first off, thechickenwas undercooked and the sauce used tasted like dish soap. second off, the nuggets which were the size of achickenbreast tasted peculiar and season-less to the extent it made me nauseous. i usually love eating popeyes especially in lebanon but this is the first time i try this branch and i regret wasting my money on such a monstrosity. maybe their other branches are better than this one, but i’m only speaking about my experience regarding this branch.

food binging is my favourite thing
to do these days.. craving some fast food almost every now & then.. but so tired of the regular & ordinary.. running my fingers across the zomato app, this deal popped up of spicy cajun wrap from " popeyes" had tried their friedchickenlong time back from the takeaway of an adnoc station, wasn't impressed. but the cajun wrap was nice and "oh my my" it was too spicy.. spicy in real sense!!! although i love to eat spicy food, but i guess i will be ordering mild spicy next time. i also ordered onion rings and their biscuits which were equally nice & the delivery was real quick! 3 stars for popeyes ;)

good atmosphere for popeyes out let. a spicy fast food restaurant . staff is good . we also visited a new outlet at ajman city centre food court . it was expected that broast with biscuits must be as yummi as it is famous for
but unfortunately in ajman we foundchickenbroast taste less and same for biscuits. why they cant maintain taste and quantity of food . staff in ajman also not friendly . it needs much attention

they forgot to bring the additional order i made when i called them directly to add a 2 pc chicken. i paid the driver the pending amount but when i counted thechickenit was less. i called them and they said driver will come back. no problem coz we just fit all the pieces for everyone. we finished lunch but the missed food still hasn’t arrived. other than that all ok.

unfortunately not up-to my expectation. i didn’t find thechickenpieces tasty at all. french fries were ok. i totally didn’t get the taste if the biscuit at all. one time only

bad taste too much oil for fries andchicken, very bad experience in the branch of safeer mall , mqnagment please take more attention to the quality , there is a way big diffrence between popeyes and kfc and all other competitors .
