make sure you lock your car. had a wonderful meal, birthday celebration, this afternoon. upon leaving we saw a sheriff's car in the parking lot. someone had come to get their "to go" order and in the short time they were in the restaurant someone smashed their window and stole their ski equipment. as it turns out, they had jimmied my step son's door open and robbed him also. they are our favoritechineserestaurant but if we can't park and feel safe, we won't be going back. this is their 4th break in within a month and yet, they don't even have a security camera.

expensive and bad. up until saturday i would have rated this restaurant as the bestchineserestaurant that i ever eaten in. all the food we took home on saturday was horrible. the fried rice did not look like or taste like fried rice. it tasted like plain rice wnith additives. the chow mein was watery, the bbq spareribs were not edible. the lo mein looked and tasted off. i sure hope that their expansion isn't a sign of things to come for the kitchen.

meh. i go because there are no otherchineseplaces around and their lunch menu is cheap. although the food isn't bad, people who find this place so delicious are so delirious.

best in area. this place is consistently the bestchinesein the area. the inside is amazing with all the carpentry work the owner has done over the years. the staff is always friendly and accommodating. been going here for over a decade and never been let down with a meal yet.

surprisingly good. this restaurant was a surprising treat. despite it's somewhat innocuous appearance, and being in troy, the restaurant has a lot to offer. the food selection was excellent and the portions generous both in quality of the ingredients and in portion. the decor is eclectic and surprisingly well done given the modest exterior, featuring an abundance of custom woodwork and ornamental furniture. the seating is comfortable, the service was good, and the food well prepared. amongchineserestaurants, the plum blossom is a 9/10.

in troy ny there is a great place called plum blossom wich you are reading this in right now. there food is the bestchinesein the area so take it from a cheff go there and partake in the awesome food
