went on a friday night. wait was about 30 min which is average for anywhere on friday night. worth the wait!! service was great starting with hostess who got us fast drink service from the bar. wait staff was friendly, accurate and two managers stopped to check on us during our meal. food and drinks--we had margaritas and they were very good. some of the best i've had. fried artichokes were very good. three different pizzas were ordered at our table. i must say that the pizza choices aren't traditional so i was a bit skeptical. we chose the margarita, the italian sausage and meatball pizzas. i sampled all three. they were all very good. great flavors and nice crust. the margahrita was my favorite. so good!! i would definitely return. the restraunt is a bit loud but it was at full capacity in all fairness.

pizza is good, but pricey. no pepperoni... that's a deal breaker.

the service was wonderful. the staff were friendly, efficient, did a great job. the gnocchi w short ribs was really tasty. deep, sweet flavor, tender, worth going back for. the pizza? i think they forgot the salt in the crust i had. there was zero flavor. the texture was tough throughout. not pleasant.

great pizza spot! the decor is beautiful especially around the bar area.
we started with fried calamari and the burrata. the calamari is a must! i wasn’t a fan of the honey and truffle mix with the burrata. their burrata special which comes with pesto is much better!

we tried 3 different pizzas; the margherita pizza, cherry tomato and the roasted mushroom. would definitely come back for the mushroom and cherry tomato pizza again... the margherita pizza was ok.

i highly recommend this place, will definitely be back again soon

decided at that last minute to try it - so glad i did! first the hostess, megan, was incredible! so nice and just adorable. my waitress (a very tall, beautiful blonde - i’m so sorry i forgot your name) was just the nicest and very informative about how everything was made. i got the mushroom truffle pizza with a tomato soup with i think creme fresh and chili oil - so good! i don’t think i would get the same pizza because i didn’t realize i don’t like truffles lol. but the soup is a must try. interesting thing is the flavors are really clean and not masked with other things. for desert i tried the vanilla bean sorbet with a drizzle of evoo, sea salt and a pizelle (spell) cookie. this was so weird but in such a good way!

the atmosphere and energy was very warm and inviting (i think megan might have something to do with that 😊).

this is the first in a series of (again) delayed posts. life gets in the way of having fun on occasion…. raegan and the kids and i had dinner at pizzaria gusto last night. we were in midtown, we drove by, and it didn’t look crowded, so in we went. we ate outside in the courtyard area as the temps were pretty nice. we walked through the main dining area, and it struck me as being very loud.

oklahoma city – with a beautiful decor, good food, great service, and attentive management, pizzeria gusto is a strong entry into oklahoma city's very competitive premium pizza market. when i arrived i was greeted by friendly staff in a very warm and inviting big room. it was warmly lit with ample lighting, and the many earth tones from the exposed brick and woodwork gave a home-like feel to the place.

we had dinner here on a tuesday night. the place was semi busy and we were seated immediately at the chef's table, (the bar where they make the pizzas).
our waiter, chase, was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu. we had 3 beers, 2 glasses of champagne, and the bruschette appetizer. we also ordered the fried calamari. both appetizers were average. we ordered the pancetta pizza and added chicken. the pizza was good but i feel we could have ordered a better dish. my girlfriend bit into a 2" chicken bone that was missed by the kitchen. luckily she was not injured and our waiter was prompt to notify the kitchen. the manager offered us a free dessert, the ricotta donuts, which we took to go.
overall the atmosphere was enjoyable, the food was average, and all was a little overpriced. our bill was $75.00.
we are unsure if we will try it again.

i stopped in here a while back for a drink at the bar and just knew this place would be one of my favorites.  this thought was confirmed when i went back with a couple of girlfriends and shared the chicken pizza, mushroom pizza, bruschetta and affogato for dessert.  it is a trendy place with a hint of coziness.
the only downside was our server was very soft spoken and hard to hear and they didn't have ranch.  i wasn't surprised that they didn't have ranch, but we are in oklahoma so it would make sense to carry some for safe measure.

we had the pancetta pizza and the four cheese pizza at pizzeria gusto. both were good. i was surprised at how much i liked the pancetta pizza given that i don't typically like all of the ingredients separately. the patio out back is perfect, and the service was great!

the location is great and i love the open kitchen, it allows you to see the owner making your food. speaking of the food, its to die for. the menu is filled with high quality ingredients but i prefer the specials.

pizzeria gusto is still "new" to most people, but it has quickly become my favorite pizza in the metro. the staff is friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and the pizza to die for. they have pizza and pasta specials which are sometimes a little too much for me, but i've never had a *bad* pizza here. my favorite is the four cheese add prosciutto and arugula. the caprese salad is very fresh with housemade mozzarella or the spinach salad is great as well. your waiter or waitress will happily tell you about their pizza oven handcrafted in italy. it cooks the pizza in two minutes and comes out perfect every time. if you're looking for an appetizer, i would suggest either the olive tamenade or fried artichokes.
