clean, good food

service was excellent, well informed server. nice menu with alot of choices. thisrestaurantis clean and has a cool vibe. highly recommend.

more than just pitas. i visited thisrestauranta few years ago and was unimpressed. my recent visits have been a complete turnaround. located in a strip mall and sandwiched between other business storefronts, therestaurantopens up into a larger dining area with a view of a man-made lake/pond. the food is surprisingly good. i've had the salmon here twice and on both occasions they have been prepared exceptionally well. the menu is full of healthy choices and is priced reasonably. i enjoy taking friends here for nice, casual meals. good service, great place.

great food, not so great environment. therestaurantwas loud, like a sports bar. decor was "off", like they couldn't decide between classy or modern industrial. my husband and i ate there last friday night 8/17/12. our waiter was very cold and stuck up, and we had long waits for drink refills. in fact, not a single worker had a smile on their face. i've never been in a more cold, unwelcomingrestaurantbefore. i really don't want to go back there-but the food was so delicious! what a shame!

i had the mediterranean roasted chicken (shawarma) - grilled marinated chicken breast in a pita, with mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, pickels, garlic sauce and tahini. i've eaten at theirrestaurantin tempe and the hot pita was just that hot when it was served. although it was still tasty, i would have preferred more than luke warm. i'll go back.

been here twice once for a family dinner and once lunch with a friend, both times great!. as a vegan its so wonderful to come to arestaurantwith many vegan options to choose from , a server ready to be helpful and answer questions about the menu and food that tastes really good. we've tried a few hummus( you'll want some extra pitas),the veggie burrito, its so flavorful and huge! the micro-plate has a little bit of everything the falafal sandwiches are great and the sides we had were all yummy too. i really like the atmosphere too, its shiek , but still good for the kids. haven't had a date night yet to try the drinks, but the bar looks enticing:) well be back again and again.

why can't pita jungle be everywhere?. when i am in phoenix, i eat at pita jungle once per day.
while i get a big kick out of the uber-cool, heroin chic employees, the real draw is the hummus plates and lemon vinagrette on the greek salad.
it never gets old and i've sometimes been two times in one day.
this is the kind of fresh, wonderful food you want to eat and leave feeling light and healthy.
the price is right, the pita are wonderful, and i will continue to work to get this type of fresh, fast mediterraneanrestaurantin every city i live.

loooove it. i went to an authentic greekrestaurantonce and honestly didn't like it, i think it's an acquired taste! all my friends claim that pita jungle is just an americanized commercial hot spot, and only hipster teeny boppers who think they're trendy go there. i beg to differ, i think it's delicious, and i love the atmosphere of the art vibe, and the service has been great every time i went :)

a new family favorite!. need i say more?! this is the best localrestaurantwe have found for healthy, affordable, delicious food! their portions are more than generous (huge in some instances). they have just launched their kids' menu where you pick a protein (our boys love the chicken), a carb (ours go for the pita bread) a veggie (we do steamed carrots and broccoli) and some fruit. as for us, we like the chicken philly wrap, the pesto lavosh turkey wrap and the spicy chicken wrap. the prices are very affordable, if you are planning on fast food, skip it and go to pita jungle.

we have only ordered to go, but are looking forward to eating at the chandler location with seating right on the water of a private lake.
