echo, echo.... i think i'm going to generally reflect the sentiments of the previous reviewer so there's probably not much new here.
went to pho thi last night from a search on urbanspoon. i too had been going to pho huy over on 82nd but honestly, wasn't too impressed.
at pho thi, my friend had thechickenbun, i went with the standardchickenpho, and we split an order of salad rolls. i tasted thechickenin the bun, flavor was good and not over seasoned. same with my pho - while the first impression was that it was missing something, my stomach warmed to the experience and both of us went home with smiles on our faces and full stomachs.
prices are fair, ambiance is good, this restaurant is a welcome addition to the oregon city area. i'll be back!
