healthy chinese food - no msg in entrees!. i've been eating at peter's chinese cafe for years. on cold snowy/rainy nights i'll often call in for delivery. service in the cafe and delivery is friendly and prompt. the food is always consistent and so delicious. because peter uses chicken stock instead of msg to enhance flavor, entrees are healthier than what you get at most chinese restaurants. he usesfreshingredients. the chicken and green beans is my favorite entree. if he doesn't havefreshgreen beans, he won't serve this dish. he will substitute green beans for other veggies if you ask. the egg rolls are made to order, crispy, flaky and loaded with flavor. i like the combo fried rice too - they put a generous portion of meat and seafood in the dish. other tasty favorites are the wonton soup and crab wontons. so glad to have peter's in the neighborhood!
