this is one of the best places to go if you want a buffet spread with food in focus. they have an extensive spread of food. they have northindianand southindianspreads as well as a large selection of desserts. the restaurant ambience and decor is perfect for a family dinner or a team outing. while the roads around the place could be a little congested sometimes, the free valet parking ensures that you have your meal in peace without having to worry about parking. definitely a great pick for the price and the large variety of dishes available.

i personally love places with valet parking. peppers not only had valet parking but also serves deliciousindianfood. we tried a host of things like hot and sour soup, paneer pakoda along with paneer kadai, singaporean chilly crabs and mutton vindaloo.
loved everything and it tasted authenticityindianeven in doha.
i recommend this place for all those cravingindianfood. you will definitely feel like you are eating at home.

we invited our friends to give dinner at this place. 1st of all this place is at very conjusted road. parking is difficult to get but free valet parking is available. we went on thursday so it wasindianbuffer dinner. there was variety of food items. but i dint like the taste of food much
chicken was under cooked. reddish from inside. fried rice was also not like good taste. the rice used was not good quality at all. coming to desert icecream was placed as it is so it was melting like soup. biryani was very good. fish was of good taste. there was green mint chatni it was really tasty.
so overall i will give 3.

we went for a light dinner only.

place is quite inside doha and parking is bit issue but not big one.

this restaurant is at 10th floor inside a hotel.

very highly professional team is managing this place and no wonders that they were having a huge birthday party on the same floor as well as executive dinners too.

the pictures i clicked were before those guests arrived.

somehow they managed to give us one table too.

now about food -

biryani was amazing. kadahi paneer was perfectly made and dessert was such a piece of marvel. kudos to their chef.

if you are looking for a highly decorated family place in nice atmosphere with greatly cooked northindianfood, this place is for you.

very humble n quick staff and very well presented food.

all the best to them.👍🏻

plus point - you can see ancient pots in their entrance lobby too.🌟

pathetic food and services. this is the worstindianrestaurant i came across in qatar. please do not waste your money based on the advertisement on radio. restaurant management must do 360 degrees change to improve services and food quality.

located on 10th floor of grand qatar palace hotel at the back of woqood petrol station near jaidah tower, this restaurant offer iftar dinner buffet mostlyindiancuisine. service is friendly, restaurant is clean and it's great value for a dinner or lunch out but ambience is bit dull with lack of ventilation.
the buffet menu has over 25 food items to choose from with a perfect blend ofindianvegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines to mention some chicken 65, fish curry & mutton rogan josh were good in taste.
even vegeterian starters were awesome. the other mains were just ok, with biriyani being below average taste, as the rice and meat did not mix well with spices.
however, the options tend to be repetitive.
anyway, this place wont spoil your evening.saher chinde

empty heart and full stomach?

just got back home after so called seafood buffet. it would have been nice if they rename it as filipino sea food buffet (excuse me, i am not being against to any one).

the food was not good for theindiantaste buds, especially for the chilly and rice lovers of south india, expected more ofindianflavour as usual at the restaurant. they could have added someindianand arabic flavours as well one main dish at least.

all i could eat from the menu was some salmon and veggies, which made me full because i am on a diet of such kind with no rice or bread for dinner.

saw some improvement on the dessert counter this time with some more items than the usual stuff.

friendly staff and free valet parking as always.
this rating is only for this particular buffet.

went for their buffet breakfast on a saturday around 9 am. by then, the chocolate croissants were over and were not refilled as i was told that they had to buy it from somewhere and so it could have been out of stock. the buffet had a mix of arabic (hummus & foul),indian(potato cutlets, small dosas, sambar, chutney & egg bhurji) and international cuisine (pasta arabbiata, bread, egg omelettes, croissants, corn flakes, etc). it was a decent buffet at 30 qr per head and nothing much to rave about.. parking could be a bother at times and we got confused with the hotel location as there are other hotels  that share the "grand" name..

the staff were nice and the place had a good ambience. as they cater mainly to the resident guests, it might be a good idea to be there early as all dishes might not get refilled as in the case of breakfast buffet. please note that the toaster does not work and so u might have to make a judgement call on how soon or late to stop toasting/burning your bread..

it was a friday night and i decided to come to the restaurant as they were advertising a 44qr buffet dinner.  it seemed cheaper than most buffets and the fact that it is in a hotel, you would expect it to be quite pricey  - so i had low expectations to start with - but it was something new for me.  i called up well ahead of my arrival to ask firstly if the buffet was still on and secondly if i would need to reserve a table as if was friday night.  the friendly voice at the other end said yes the buffet was on and no i would not need to reserve as it is only for two people.

i turned up to the restaurant before 9pm and the first thing the waiter said to me was, 'sorry sir, no place'.   i obviously showed my annoyance at being told that there would be ample space for me even when i called to reserve a table.  the waiter replied that they had two big parties turn up and they didn't even know.  there was at least one birthday party as i saw many presents being brought in by guests and it was packed.  how could they not know about the parties??

anyway, they had only a couple of tables allocated to walk in guests and i got mine after an hour.  luckily i had a good friend with me so time passed by fairly quickly and helped me work up an appetite.  we were seated and immediately we went to the buffet. i was expecting a mix of north and southindianfood along with indo-chinese dishes and that is exactly what i got.

a wide variety of dishes but my favourite was actually the starter of chicken tikka and chicken kebabs.  they were really very tasty.  the gobi manchiurian as a starter was very good too. the few vegetarian dishes were quite nice too.  everything else was average and really nothing special and at times not worth even trying. desserts didn't even look appetising, although their most sought after was their carrot halwa which again was okay.

service from the point of sitting down was fine.  plates were removed in a timely fashion and really that was all the interaction we had with them.  the staff were friendly enough at reception.

i must have been in a good mood this evening as i can't pinpoint any bad points.  the quality of food suited the budget of qr44 and the service was adequate for the type of restaurant.  can't say more than that but i won't be coming back here any time soon especially as it is in an area which i would not necessarily frequent for any other purpose but to come here.

the lunch buffet here is good. especially theindianfood. its an ideal place where you want to get good food for reasonable price.

the food generally is good, which a nice choice of salads and desserts which are not seen inindianusually at for this price. the main spread is pretty decent with multiple cuisine selection.

been here a couple of times during the last years, feel the place is an ideal choice to get a good buffet lunch. you may feel the place is a little crowded due to the lack of space between the tables set else can enjoy the place.
