excellent turkish cuisine. we've eaten eaten here twice and both times the food and service were outstanding. the staff is always pleasant and helpful and the food is well prepared. we cook a lot at home and so i can tell when a restaurant is using high quality ingredients and this one definitely does.

4 instead of 5 stars. i have enjoyed the appetizers, desserts, and fish and shrimp dishes in my past visits to pasha.the service was excellent as usual on my most recent visit. i am 99% vegetarian, and was happy to see that vegetarian moussaka had been added to the entrees since my last visit. the flavor was delicious, and the only thing that was not perfection was that the vegetables were undercooked. i love veggies to all levels of doneness, but i expect moussaka veggies to be more tender. otherwise, i would have given my visit 5 stars!

just go!. this was our first time at pasha grill and were pleasantly surprised. the decor is very appealing and along with the background music it reminded us of james bond's "the spy who loved me". we both felt like any moment he was going to come swinging through the room. very fun atmosphere.

we chose to sit inside and sat in a narrow room that had 3 tables (actually 6 with 2 being together to make 3 seating for 4). i agree with another review that if it was crowded and people were at the next table, you definitely would be able to hear what they were saying (and they would hear you).

we did not wait long for our waiter to arrive, introduce himself (russ), bring bread and yummy roasted pepper oil for dipping. russ was very nice and explained and answered all our questions with a smile. (i always have questions!!) we had printed a 15% off coupon from their website and gave it to russ. he asked if the coupon brought us in, it didn't. my husband had wanted to try something different and went to the website, it was after we decided to go, we saw the coupon.

the warm bread and dipping oil was wonderful! the bread is sort of 'heavy', not light and airy...but very flavorful. the dipping oil was just as good. i enjoyed the roasted peppers more than the oil, so i just used my fork to place some on my bread.

although we didn't have alcohol, they have a huge selection of wine! one full side of the menu is wine and the other full side are specialty drinks.

for an appetizer we ordered the sigara börek, which is a flaky phyllo dough pastry filled with feta cheese and fresh parsley, rolled like a spring roll and fried. it was yummy and not greasy at all. we received 4.

my husband ordered the mouskka. it is minced beef and lamb layered between slices of eggpland and topped with a bechamel sauce. mozzarella cheese on top and oven baked, side of rice. delicious!!!! the flavors just burst in your mouth!

i ordered the karniyarik. it is oven roasted eggplant that they scoop out some of the inside, puree and place back in the "shell". it is stuffed with ground beef and lamb, chopped tomatoes, green peppers and herbs and served with rice. it was amazing!! very flavorful!!! i actually didn't notice the peppers and onions in the meat mixture. i did get broccoli, which i think was grilled. i thought it was bland and not very hot, i didn't eat it. i also got some carrots and onions, which i also think was grilled with some spices. i usually do not like cooked carrots, but these were wonderful and i ate every one!

the service was very good. we didn't have to wait very long for refills for our seltzers and russ asked a few times if we needed anything...but he wasn't standing over us...which we can't stand!
just as my husband noticed he did not take off the 15% coupon, russ came back to the table apologizing and saying he had forgotten to take off the 15%!! he returned with the proper bill.

5 stars across the board. we will be back and i intend to bring friends for lunch!
oh and you can make reservations on their website too!

phenomenal lunch special. i've only ever gone for lunch because the price is so good i wouldn't want to pay the full prices at dinner. their lunch special is amazing and the service and ambiance is always great. for $9.95 you get an appetizer, entree, and dessert. the appetizers range from chicken vegetable soup to hummus to baba ganoush. the soup is great. their hummus is good, but i rarely get it because when you get there they bring out this warm fresh bread with a sundried tomato olive oil dip and it's so darn good....if i got the hummus it would just make me have to eat more bread with it. if you don't care about how much bread you eat and you love hummus then get it. or just skip the bread and dip until you get your hummus. the entrees are delicious....just be careful, a "kebab" is not a kebab on a skewer like you might think it is. they are almost all plates with meat, rice, and vegetables, unless you order a sandwich that comes with fries, or the stew. the turkish gyro plate is great, as well as the stews. can't go wrong with either the almond or rice pudding for dessert, both great....rice might be slightly better. try this place for lunch!
