we telephone ordered takeaway for dinner on mother's day. we were told ourorderwould be ready in 30 minutes. my son and son-in-law went to collect it. they were told theorderwas only sent to the kitchen when they arrived and were told another 10 minutes and told to wait outside! after waiting an hour they finally were given ourorderand a complimentary bottle of wine. ourorderwas wrong and we had been overcharged $30. my husband called and spoke to the manager. he agreed to refund us $30 on tuesday when the restaurant reopened. when he went to collect it he asked the manager how a $30 overcharge could occur. the money was handed over and the manager duly turned his back and that was the end of the conversation. also the end of us and our family eating at parivaar. bad service and an arrogant attitude, not welcome.
