been there for lunch and dinner. garlic naan is one of the best as well as their dosa. curries are generous (loved their eggplant and goat curry). great service and plenty to choose from.

we telephone ordered takeaway for dinner on mother's day. we were told our order would be ready in 30 minutes. my son and son-in-law went to collect it. they were told the order was only sent to the kitchen when they arrived and were told another 10 minutes and told to wait outside! after waiting an hour they finally were given our order and a complimentary bottle of wine. our order was wrong and we had been overcharged $30. my husband called and spoke to the manager. he agreed to refund us $30 on tuesday when the restaurant reopened. when he went to collect it he asked the manager how a $30 overcharge could occur. the money was handed over and the manager duly turned his back and that was the end of the conversation. also the end of us and our family eating at parivaar. bad service and an arrogant attitude, not welcome.

three of us lunched at parivaar today we chose the butter chicken lamb rogan josh and the goat we were not disappointed

we had lunch at parivaar today and were very impressed. i had the vegetarian plate and my husband the chicken biryani. both were excellent. service was terrific and decor is very nice.

good place for indian vegetarian food, but food portion is very less compared to price...
liked the presentation of serving dishes.

amazing food, amazing decor, amazing service!! pleasantly surprised with this fabulous restaurant in thornlie. the food tasted homemade and they proudly display their halal certification at the counter. i cannot wait to come back to try all of their dishes! follow me @perthfoodery on instagram for more reviews of restaurants around perth!

just has the weekend lunch buffet - absolutely amazing! every dish was flavour filled, extremely delicious and well spiced.

the fact that you pay $19.50 for lunch and get mains, rice, biryani, curries, naan, desserts and drinks is absolutely amazing value.

staff were very friendly and provided great service. we’ll definitely be returning for lunch or dinner as you can’t go past this place for deliciousness and value for money!

the food is always good! been there many times for lunch and dinner. our go to indian restaurant in perth. highly recommend the plain dosa and goat briyani.

we organised an 80th birthday with almost 40 people and they could not have done more for us. some confusion by some guests in getting there held up the meals coming out but the staff were accomodating and patient. everyone one we spoke to loved the flavours of all the meals were certainly keen to return and enjoy more wonderful meals and great hospitality, thanks heaps resh and your team.

can't really comment on the a la carte menu as we were there for a function. however, all the dishes we were served (madras, rogan josh, jalfrezi, dhal, biryani and a couple of others) had the same level of heat! how can a madras be just as spicy as dhal? it wasn't too bad for me because i don't really like spicy food, so i could try a bit of everything, but for a real curry lover, it would seem very disappointing. 

service was friendly, but a little slow. i won't rush back as there are better indian restaurants closer to my area.

visited parivaar on a wednesday night for dinner. two of us had the tikka masala and one had jalfrezi. the food was good and arrived pretty quickly. we also had a starter tasting plate between us which was also good. the only issue that i have is that concidering that the closing time was 9.30, and we arrived at 7.50. why were the staff mopping the floors and wipping tables down while people were still eating. having someone cleaning windows behind me and someone mopping around the table while ordering does not set the tone for an enjoyable night. food was ok and reasonably priced but spoilt by the atmosphere . what a shame.

terrible terrible service , mains  brought out while we was still eating our entrée when asked to take it away we was told we would now have to wait longer as other people had ordered ?? . table not cleared all evening no drinks offered when trying to get a drink we was totally ignored then finally ordered and watched our drinks sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes before trying  to get attention again to get them given to us . felt completely invisible all evening so bad we had to laugh in the end . defiantly wont be returning here again.

a big thank you to the staff, chef & manager at parivaar. my husband & i drove pass this restaurant many times and see the often full house from the road. wanted to try this gem tuck in our local suburb. we are amazed at the food, service & price. we have dosa, chicken 65 & eggplant curry. with mango lassi & south indian filtered coffee. for $52. no regrets having our valentines dinner here :) it was a very busy night, so glad we make prior reservations. make sure you make bookings if you like to try! hope your experience is as good as ours!

went to parivaar on sunday night. the food and service was amazing - i don't usually eat indian food from restaurants but i thoroughly enjoyed everything that was ordered. the staff are very accommodating and i can't fault anything from my visit!
