disgusting service. on saturday i called the restaurant to make a booking only to have a young girl answer rudely and giggle the entire way through the conversation. i made the booking and showed up at 7 to be seated only to be told that the booking hadnt been written down. there was no apology and when we were finally seated we werent given menus. 15 minutes after being there without any menus and having had numerous staff members walkbackand past the table we finally had a waiter come up to us and ask us if we wanted menus. at this point we were put off eating there and my partner said to the waiter we are leaving now this is bad service. once again there was no apology and the waiter simply walked away from us. having dined there numerous times i think this is absolutely disgusting not to even of had an apology. will not be goingbackthere and definitely will not recommend this restaurant.

lunch with coast card. be wary when dining and using the coast card offer of "buy one main, get one main free" that you have to actually choose your main from their main menu, not the specials menu. the main menu is about double the cost of the specials menu ...
also, be aware when saying yes to water that you request tap water other wise you will get a bottle of bottled water and charged accordingly. (they ask you if you want still or mineral)
our mains were ok ... they sounded nicer on the menu than what they actually were. it was quite salty, but the mash was great. i don't think it was worth the full asking price on the menu and more like the cost of the discounted price we were going to pay.
we asked for a desert, got given the lunch specials menu and ordered our desert to share ($8) when it came to payment, they said there was a mistake on the bill, and as we had a coast card our desert was going to be $12 ,,, this did not go down very well with me. i didn't say anything as i was splitting the bill with my friend and wansn't sure if i was being unreasonable to be annoyed. however, i have now thought about it, and feel i wished i had said something ... that's just not fair at all, exact same desert .. but as we had a discounted main meal with the coast card offer, they charge you more for the deserts ... what the!!! i did write a letter to coast fm to let them know, but have not heardbackfrom them.
the restaurant has no atmosphere, we were the only ones dining there, until we were about to leave then another couple came in. its very tired and cheap feeling place, awful chairs.
i will not be returning, and i will not be recommending this place to anyone.

we visited paparazzi for an early dinner with our 2 year old son on a thursday night and the service was impeccable. the waiter went out of his way to give him colouring pencils and also placed a bib on him too. ordering was easy and when the good came out about 15 minutes later we were extremely satisfied. the pizza was one of the better pizzas we've had in a long time, the crust was perfectly crispy and the base just right. the cabonara was also delicious and was a huge portion. would definitely gobackof craving italian in mandurah.

beautiful food authentic italian . the scallopini chicken was so moist it melted in my mouth , with napoltono sause was the tasteful i've ever had .highly recommend this restursnt. with awesome service and waitress & waitor to boot !

i went here with a friend on a saturday night, it was busy, but not overally, our table wasn't set, once we sat down, were told about 3 dishes had run out, we ordered garlic bread to begin, waited 25 minites for it to come ( i do not understand how garlic bread can take almost half an hour to cook) after this had come out i was then advised that my main meal of totellini had run out ( i had ordered this about 40 minutes prior and not one of the waitresses had mentioned it, apparently she had only just found it) i do not understand how an italian restaurant can run out of one of there main dishes!!!! certainly a bad experience for my first time, will not bebackanytime soon! i will commend them that my pasta of gnocchi was on the house, the gnocchi and the garlic bread did taste good, just a few things they need to get straight to keep repeat business!!

best steak ever. had the fillet steak last night its to die for...... nice thick & tasty the best steak ive tasted in years came with lovely creamy tasty mash. also try the entree garlic prawns with pizza bread. yum yum. definately will bebackfor more

never again. tried the restaurant tonight as close to hotel and looked interesting. i ordered a meal with salad.[menu offered with salad or pasta]. i recieved the meal with pasta.when i suggested to the waitress i asked for salad she didnt look happy and took the plate away. on return it had the pasta replaced by salad. on asking if they had just wiped the pasta off the meat and put salad on the plate her responce was 'it wasnt touching it much' my daughter and i had an apt so we didnt argue as i felt if i sent the meatbacki may not like what happened to it out thebackand we didnt have much time. the waitress tried to then tell me the meat came with pasta unless i asked. i suggested that the menu i had said/ salad or pasta' i did note her go to the buffett and check the menu. on leaving she asked if 'eveything was allright' i wasnt sure how to answer that and when i did i dont think she cared anyhow. save your money and go somewhere where service and care is better.

the pizza was fine, but the death staring from the owner was weird, and having a domestic with his staff two tables away was very uncomfortable. wouldn't be goingbackfor a dining experience.

out dated and not authentic!. i went in a group of 7 for lunch. prices good. service poor. the restaurant is very tired, dirty looking walls and totally absent of any decor to bring character to the place. the waitress was totally unfriendly and disinterested! it was hard to get herbackto order a drink. we ordered bruschetta and basically got two slices of tomato on garlic bread with some black spotted leaves of basil. no feta or parmesan to be seen. they brought out one bruschetta too many and still added it to our bill. my daughters meal of risotto was not cooked in the cream sauce that she was told so she sent itbackand cancelled her dish as she couldn't wait. it was still added onto the bill! the fish and chips looked terrible that my friend had, the pasta was just okay but certainly did not seem "home-made".. very plain no frills and very unpleasant environment. they could do so much more with the place....at least repaint the walls!!!! they were black and dirty looking. none of us decided we would gobackas we had planned a weekly meeting for lunch. hopefully somewhere else will be up to standard.

back again .. we always enjoy a pasta and a bottle of italian red at paparazzi!

we love the food here - and the oysters are so fresh and just so good!!!! maybe the service leaves a bit to be desired but we will beback- again and again!!

the food is great! the wine selection is great! we live the music too! service is not so great ! shame - is it the undertrained staff or it is the lack of staff?? we will return

normally when i say i wont bebackto a restaurant it is due to bad service or bad veggie options. i can not say this about paparazzi.
the service was great, the atmosphere was loud but seemed to be a happening place to be when we arrived.
sadly our meals did not come out together, i had nearly finished when the last meal came out. one of my friends had to send her mealbackas over 50% of the oysters were not opened and the replacement meal was overcooked. a few of the meals were very dry where we were expecting really saucy dishes. other comments around the table were tasteless, chef must like the craked pepper and a general its a shame!!
we wont be goingbackhere as a group again.

very very disappointing. went to paparazzi as it was in the gold section of the entertainment book and took our folks out to dinner for a belated christmas get together. honestly, i was shocked at the decor and the food. it was one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had. the food was terrible and i could cook better myself at home and i would have preferred to spend my money on a mcdonald's burger. a small saving grace was that the waitress we had was lovely and attentive but unfortunately this was by no means enough to outweigh the poor quality food. we will never gobackthere. this restaurant should not be in the gold section of the entertainment book.

could've been better service. my husband and i took my mum to this restaurant to celebrate an anniversary and we had asked the staff to serve us our top tier of our wedding cake, now, when they actually got it to the table, they were quite accomodating, but we had to ask them repeatedly for plates and forks and to actually get the cake out to the table. the food was excellent, no questioning that. i had gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, as did my mum and my husband had the chicken parmigiana, we also had bruschetta for entree which was fantastic! the problem with this restaurant, is the service. once they had taken our order, we couldn't get hold of them again for water or other drinks, plus, we had ordered a bottle of wine and not once did they comebackto the table to refill our glasses - we just did it ourselves. what was surprising is that we ate early and there was only 2 other tables in the restaurant, so i couldn't understand the reason for the absence of staff. i don't think we would gobackthere again, purely because of the lack of service to the table, but the food was great and the staff were friendly, once you managed to get their attention.
