every year i get super psyched for the annual philfest because it is one of the few chances i get to enjoy tasty filpino food all year. there are practically no filipino restaurants in tampa bay. my orlando food blog friend, droolius , is always uploading photos of tasty filpino eats and makes my inner pacquiáo want to hunt for filpino food. thanks to a new foodtruckcalled pao truck, that is about to change. i first heard about paotruckin tbo when they were added to the mayor’s foodtruckfiestas. i immediately gave them a facebook “like” and when i read they were on aemberly drive, literally 2 minutes from my house – i had to go and give them a shot. i explained how i found thetruckto an employee at thetruckand he was very helpful in helping explain the menu to me and took care of me quickly. the food was also ready quickly. there were plenty of great things on the menu. i liked that thetruckhad photos of the food on it. more people should do this. i decided to order the lo
