panorama - ambica sea green

i went to therestaurantalong with couple of other family friends. the total evening became upset with their worst customer service. the food was below average. the service was pathetic. we had to wait nearly for 1 hour to get the items, eventhough we ordered regular items. they have employed some new guys. they were not at all trained. the f&b incharge was adamant in giving reply.

i am not sure if i was having very high expectations from ambica sea green hotel. therestaurantwas not well kept. the menu didn't offer a lot of options and overall ambience was very dull. food tasted good and portion size was decent. i found it a little pricy for what they were offering. would not recommend this one.

this hotel is located just opposite to beach near ymca n all thisrestauranthas a direct beach view
have been to thisrestaurantcouple of times n maximum of times the food was good n i liked the train setup inside sepeartedly
overall a decent place with a beach view

go to place in vizag... service is good.... food quantity and quality is good... view from therestaurantis excellent...

at the end time when delivery boy will come to close , thisrestaurantpeople will cancel the order 😵 . don't know why 😑

we have been there on sunday afternoon and opted for buffet . we took a sea 🌊 view side and enjoyed our buffet spread .

live counters for pasta , chicken dosa and keema dosa .
starters : apolo fish , chicken tikka , cheese bolls, baby corn manchuria. all tasted good .
roti are served on the table .
two soups one is chicken and other is veg served along with bread sticks and bread 🥖
main course : chicken curry , mutton curry , chicken biriyani , veg biriyani , paneer curry , noodles , mixed veg curry , stuffed brinjal, corn n cheese .
chocolate shake and buttermilk .
the salad spread is quite good with all the varieties .
coming to deserts if you have a sweethtooth this is a must visit place .
kalajamun, gulabjamun, caramel pudding, rice kheer , khaaja, honey dew , cham cham etc
there is a train 🚞 seating if you want you can opt that too .

the only this that is lagging is service .

food is awesome and quantity i like it so much but one thing to rectify is therestaurantis closing to early from bookings this is the problem to teyofy

the train concept is nice for dinner. buffet is budget pickup. great ambience and nice taste.

today went for dinner with my family for nice buffet dinner. after eating starter from the menu it was not all upto my expectations. so i told this feedback to manager of therestaurantand he humbly took my concern and also chef prepared the new main course so that me and my family can have nice dinner. all in all arestaurantwith good ambience and most of allrestaurantstaff is humble and it’s a place in vizag you must opt for buffet dinner with nice sea view.

food was so good,, kodi chip's are awasome,, amibiance so beautiful and trainrestaurantwas awasome stuff behaviour good....... and i will come again and again .........😀😀😀

it is a beach facingrestaurantthat is only a plus to the place other than that noting seems positive about it. service is sluggish and the food and food quality is really bad. even the north indian food has a south indian taste.

we were staying at hotel ambica sea green so we had to eat here. food is good,although a little spicy. quantity is sufficient. the best part of therestaurantis the beautiful view of r. k. beach. i loved it. as it is a business hotel, the options of the complimentary breakfast are really vast and commendable.

we have been to panorama ambika sea greenrestaurantrecently even after a bad experience, for the second time. we have ordered hyderabadi dum biryani for which they haven't got the flavors right. the rice is not well cooked and brittle. excused.
we order navratan kurma with butter naan and then the problem started. the kurma we received was like a sweet dish with white creamy gravy with fruits in it. we thought the staff has given us fruit salad. on speaking with the manager, he said it was navratan kurma. the description on the menu says that is vegetable curry garnished with fruits and what was served has no traces of vegetables in it and just fruits. the problem is that the staff only feels bad for us. they changed us for the item even though we were told that they are not going to. we were told that they cannot do anything once the bill is made. the level of courtesy or damage control is pathetic here. even the manager behaves like a road-side dhabawala. the food is not worth it. the experience is not worth it. we are never going there. i wouldn't suggest this restaurant.
