if you want to celebrate a special birthday for your daughter or son. especially a very *special special* birthday please don't come here. lack of attention to details was quite remarkable. we ordered a custom elmo cake and their response was we have a plain cake for you on my daughter's two year birthday celebration.
their excuse:
1) "the person that took your order was new";
2) "how much did they charge you? that is not enough according to the order that i have here for you";
3) "all i can do is apologize";
4) "we are extremely busy and don't have time to deal with your order; and the most impressive one"
5) "maybe this decal will do"?
with that said: i'd recommend to not order anything from palo alto baking company. very disappointed by theirserviceand you will likely regret it.
