pagliacci pizza

i love this pizza so much, i miss it when on vacation. pagliacci consistently creates great pizza. high quality ingredients, well-trained and friendly staff, seasonal ingredients and extremely buttoned-up operations...together create a great consumer experience. our kids and are like jack sprat and his wife, so we order all sorts of crazy half this/half that pizzas and the customerservicereps happily and competently take the order.

good pizza, not so sure about the salads. i am a regular at the pagliacci on capitol hill and the one in west seattle, but wanted to try the bellevue square location for a special occasion, because it is a fullservicerestaurant. the pizza did not disappoint...we got the goat cheese combo, which is very, very tasty. and my 5-year old wolfed down his campagnelle noodles with butter and cheese. the spinach salad was disappointing, however. the portion size of the large one was only slightly larger than the small size of another salad that someone else at the table ordered. and it was supposed to include dried cranberries and gorgonzola cheese, but those did not appear...it had fresh strawberries and feta...not horrible, just not what we ordered! i will return, however, as i really like pagliacci's pizza; it is some of the most consistently good pizza in seattle, in my opinion.
