dough is good. for the third time in 2011, we decided to travel to seattle and hang out. we found ourselves in bellevue square for some shopping and figured we should try out pagliacci's.
it was a monday evening around closer to 6pm and i was rather shocked to see we were only one of 3 tables in the entire restuarant. there were plenty of staff to cover all the tables and that is always a bonus.
weorderedthe cheese pizza for our boys and my wife and iordereda pizza with half hawaiian and half grand salami. the pizza itself was average but i thought the dough was well above average. it had just the right chew/softness that you come to expect from pizza. the toppings itself were just average and was a little sparse on the cheese. overall, i would consider going back as the value was far better than serious pie.
the only turn off was as the waiter was talking to us, he had a water jug in one hand and was picking his ear with the other hand. picture it, water jug in left hand, right hand used to pick at his left ear, so where would the remnants end up??
