we all have one thing that we can never say no to, and for me it is pistachio gelato. my love of pistachios began when i was about 5 years old and i was out grocery shopping with my grandpa. he purchased a bag of pistachios and i was fascinated with how he would pop open each little shell and take out the prized pistachio. for me, it was a fun way to enjoy such a delicious little treat. that was the day i fell in love with pistachios. i enjoy pistachios in many ways but my absolute favorite is pistachio gelato. on my first trip to italy back in 1999, i found a gelateria in the piazza navona in rome that made an incredible pistachio gelato. i stopped by every day during my trip and the flavor has been forever etched in my brain. while i have had many delicious versions of this mouth-watering flavor, nothing can compare to what i experienced atpaciugogelato & caffè in st. petersburg last week. located on the dazzling beach drive,paciugois a major attraction for visitors and locals. i

... you’ll passpaciugoon beach drive, which serves the most amazing gelato i’ve ever had. they advertise it as made fresh daily, with no artificial ingredients, and maybe that’s why it tastes phenomenal. in any case, i’m not the only one that feels their gelato is to die for, because there’s a line out the door on busy nights. we had their gelato three times in 24 hours!
