went there for the first time today because i wanted something other than fast food without having to spend a lot. i had a shrimp poboy and it was so good. i had a taste of my son's blt and that was also delicious. the bacon was cooked perfectly. i was not expecting the amazing service. i felt like i was family. i was with a large group including hungry kids and they were so patient and friendly. you don't get that kind of service too often these days. i can't say enough good things about this place and we will be coming back each time we visitbatonrouge. i was told by the owner they've been in business for 75 years and i understand why.
