goodplaceto have healthy food. just north of asu tempe campus. a bit on the expensive side, but the food quality and ambience was nice. overall a nice experience!

i love thisplaceand go here often. i'm usually here for breakfast and get acai bowls, but today i had the teriyaki bowl with brown rice. it's so full of vegetables and fills me up. also love the iced lattes!

it's the modern and casual go-to restaurant for healthy eating in old town scottsdale. whenever someone says, "i want healthy!" chop shop is the first thing to pop into my head. i think a lot of people in old town think the same way because thisplaceis often crowded, especially during peak hours. they've got a wide range of fresh squeezed juices, coffee drinks, and protein shakes to give you the needed boost for your busy day or to keep you cool in this scottsdale sun. i'm willing to admit, i haven't been a fan of a few items on the menu that i've gotten, but i am definitely 100% sold on the tri tip protein bowl with forbidden rice and the pitaya superfruit bowl. the flavors are heavenly!

terrible service!!!!! great food. thisplacehas the worst service!!! i work in scottsdale and when my team and i are looking for a healthyplaceto eat out at we always turn to chop shop. however, nearly every time there is something wrong with our order. normally, i'm not one to complain but after my experience today i doubt i will be back again. as part of a large order i ordered a acai bowl w/ no coconut! and an american salad. my salad was great. my acai bowl on the other hand came with an obscene amount of coconut though i asked for none. as i was really craving the bowl i called to complain about the order which i rarely do. i was initially put on hold for more than 5 mins. even though i was told i was the vm stated there was only one call in que ahead of me. after about 8 min a employee answered then before saying anything else immediately asked me to hold for another 8 mins. after a total wait time of about 15mins a rep came back to take my order. i advised him i was not calling toplacean order but to have one i placed previously corrected. he told me that had been having issues with orders (big surprise...) and that a lot of orders got messed up. he then stated that i could drive back down to chop shop and pick up a corrected order. i explained that would be difficult and asked for a refund. i explained that i was part of a larger order. that one person picked up and paid for with his card. we paid him in cash. the employee then put a supervisor by the name of danielle(? i think that was her name) on the phone. she stated she would be able to refund the amount of my bowl in cash and would be willing to switch it out if i came in. i again advised this would be difficult but out of frustration said i would make the trip just to get the issue resolved. when i get to the store i waiting about another 10-15 mins before getting any kind of service. the supervisor danielle then came out gave me my new bowl and stated that despite the fact she told me to come down to get a refund it could only be issued to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. what a waste of time!!! i didn't even want to eat the acai bowl after going through all of this drama and will likely not be back anytime soon. the food is great though if by chance they get your order right!

music too loud in the morning and afternoon, both outside and inside. not a goodplaceto have a meeting with people or someone. not sure why they think it's cool to be like a nightclub. the parfaits and justices are excellent. breakfast is ok if you like the taste of burnt and charred sweet potatoes

so good!. this place, though usually packed, is such a greatplaceto hit up. fresh juices and awesome protein shakes. pina-kale-ada is by far my fave! great service and conveniently located in downtown scottsdale! :)

on a hot az night thisplacehit the spot!! amazing salads and sandwiches!! i will definitely return!! i good the grinder and my wife got the danish salad. both were fantastic!! this is one of my food places now!! plus they have coke!! yeah!!
