love this place.greatservice, food is simple but tasty. got my steak temp right, which is rare (ha pun intended) in this town. maybe my favorite steak place.

meat with flavor.greatsteak, i had the ny strip cooked to perfection. my husband had the black and blue ribeye. i love seasoning and they flavor the food.greatdinner nice restaurant off the beaten path but easy to find.greatway to end the day. bypass the daiquiri that may as well been a virgin because i didn't taste rum.

this place is great!greatatmosphere, food and service. steaks cooked to perfection, fantastic fresh bread and i can't say enough about the service, wonderful!!!

longhorn steak & ale here is a local place, not to be confused with longhorn steakhouse, which is a national chain. just fyi.

my partner and i arrived on a friday night and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. yes, this restaurant is very popular and totally worth the short wait. plan your dining time accordingly.

this place has agreatatmosphere with a friendly waitstaff. it did take a little longer for our meals to be served, but when the result was presented on our table, we understood why. quality food requires a little longer to prepare.

for an appetizer, we tried the grilled cheddar stuffed mushrooms. the mushroom caps with herbs and four cheeses were very good.

my partner ordered the outlaw ribeye. it was huge. he said it was grilled perfectly. he also had the loaded baked potato and a mixed green salad. he was pleased with everything.

i decided upon the grilled trout with shrimp and lobster along with seasonal veggies and caesar salad. it was excellent.

don't go here. you will hate it. stick to the chain restaurants along the main drag. you'll be happy, and i'll be able to easily get a table at longhorn the next time i'm in corpus. longhorn has a "local" feel, withgreatservice, and delicious food. i'll be back for sure! but all you other tourists... it's no bueno. you won't like it at all.

dinning at the longhorn. this was one of the best steaks we had in a long time. the steaks were cooked m rare just like we wanted them. the service wasgreatalso. we will be back again.

friendly staff,greatdrink specials. grilled alaskan salmon was perfect, honey dijon chicken was delicious. even the pilaf had hood flavor. highly recommended.

great steak!!. the best ribeye we have had in a long time!! i had the black and blue ribeye, that was blackened, with gorgonzola butter. fantastic!! my husband had the regular ribeye, and it wasgreattoo!! perfectly cooked medium!! i will visit here again!!!

so much food! we were satisfied before the entree came. this place is affordable, and the food isgreatwith huge portions.

longhorn. outstanding service andgreatfood. my husband swears they have a secret spice for the steaks lol. if you like ranch dressing, try the "green goddess" dressing. and if you like chocolate, you have to try the chocolate cake.
