awful staff. we stopped in on a tuesdaynightand was told there would be a 10 minute wait for two, which was just fine. the first thing however that threw us off was when the hostess mikayla told a party of 6 on the phone that there was no wait, but obviously there was, as we were waiting ourselves. we didn't think much if it, as we figured we would get seated before them anyways. mind you, this place doesn't take reservations for parties fewer than 8, as we tried to book a table for new years eve, so i was under the impression that they couldnt hold a table for them. we wanted a booth so when a couple finished up at a booth i asked mikayla the hostess if we could take the booth, but she said she was holding it for the "party that was about to come in." meaning although we had already been waiting (and it was more than 10 minutes...) we didn't have first choice of seating, and thus contradicting what they told us the previousnightwhen we tried to book a party of 5. we thought about waiting but instead grabbed our coats and walked out. as a company that i am sure relies on word of mouth, i will gladly not recommend them as their customer service is absolutely terrible. we left and went to fume, which was far superior anyways and we were seated immediately, at a booth of course.
