poor customer service. i was very disappointed after an experience i had with nob hill bar and grill... we went on a slow saturday afternoon, the waiter was fine, don't remember his name but a tall male, the food was good, but at the end of the meal the waiter asked for my credit card, then afterwards came back and said he had made a mistake and asked me for my card again. a few days later i discovered my card had been charged twice. so i called the restaurant and spoke to the gm, who stated that they were in the middle of the lunch so she could take down my information and look at it later and give me a call back. i waited a week, no call back, so i called again, i spoke to her again, she did not apologize for not calling me back or taking care of it the first time, she asked me for my information.... again. all of this information i had given her the first time. she then looked through the receipts while i was on the phone with her. i told her i was getting overdraft charges because the charges went through twice, no response. this was no my mistake it was the restaurants and they messed up twice, but she did not seem to care about that. she then stated she could not find the copy of my cc statement and i would have to call my bank and dispute the charge, she did apologize for the inconvenience but frankly i have now wasted my time eating in your restaurant, having to spend my time on the phone with her twice and now i have to go to my bank to fix their mistake. i have been a server before and dealt with restaurant management, and that is really poor service, if it is your mistake fix it..... i will not be going back their if that is how they deal with customers... i have now paid $75 (double charge plus bank fee) for a meal that should have cost me $25.....
