new skillman wok

ok, i've been ordering here for years and never, ever had a problem. until today when i ordered hunanchickenand egg foo young. that came to $12 something. not enough for delivery, had to add some cheesecake to make it $15. it was delivered, i left a nice tip for the driver. open the bag and no hunan chicken. so i call the place and the idiot answering the phone claims i never asked for hunan chicken. so what was $12.00? not the just the egg foo young. so now i have egg foo young and a piece of cheesecake. thanks.

mrs. i ordered almost $30 worth of food to pick up last night( my first time since the first month you opened when i did order and it was sooooogood but had to leave town for a while so this wasmy first return visit and was so disapointed. first i had to beg them to take my credit card as my son was picking up my order although they finally did - but wondered why this was so - and then when my son brought the food home it was visually unappetizing - not at all as i remember from before - everything was brown and everything tasted alike. the sweet and sour pork wa s just awful - hard and with no light batter on it as is usual. ( the orangechickenhad no orange flavor. the $2.99orangechickena block up the road is )much better _- it was served with a dirty dark brown rice that had been cooked for hours and just re-warmed. the lomain had just one shrimp in it and one piece of brocolli - otherwise it was just a box of dark brown noodles. i was sooooooooooooo
disapointed and would not wish to return unless things greatly iimprove
