yummy!. this is my go to chinese delivery place. the food is super yummy, i always get the lo mein and pot sticker dumplings, and have never been disappointed.

adequate chinese food.  arrives hot and we've never had trouble with getting what was ordered.  if you're looking for p.f. changs quality food, you will be disappointed; but then again you're not paying top dollar.  this is a classic, typical "chinee take out/delivery" establishment.  we've enjoyed their services for many years.

ok, i've been ordering here for years and never, ever had a problem. until today when i ordered hunan chicken and egg foo young. that came to $12 something. not enough for delivery, had to add some cheesecake to make it $15. it was delivered, i left a nice tip for the driver. open the bag and no hunan chicken. so i call the place and the idiot answering the phone claims i never asked for hunan chicken. so what was $12.00? not the just the egg foo young. so now i have egg foo young and a piece of cheesecake. thanks.

call to make an order.,, tell the person on the phone.. what i want, then he asks wha tis my name and phone number tell him., then again he said what do you want.. tell him a 2nd time and then he asked a 3th time and then a 4th time.. , besides i always have to ask then to reheat the rice, the food is cold. i use to like the place, but i see not many ppl got there and they losing alot of business...  i would go to here , i noticed the bathroom smells. and is dirty..

really delicious food. we normally have it delivered however have eaten in the restuarant once. nothing fancy inside but consistently good.

bad customer service. i placed an order for delivery here and was brought the wrong thing. and the delivery guy didn't offer any change back. i called and was told the right order would be delivered to me only to be called right back by a totally different person then who took my order and was told that it was going to cost because i ordered the wrong thing. these people need to get it together!

worse service after years of being loyal customer!. we have ordered from here numerous times over the years only to have bad customer service today. didnt get full order of food n the driver kept our change. definitely will never order again.

good food. this is a good place for chinese food. they deliver and they are reasonably priced. the food is as good as anywhere i go for chinese. staff is personable and lunch specials are a plus!

favorite delivery place!. we order from here once or twice a month and are always pleased! we try to get something different each time and so far, anything we order is great! the guy on the phone is short but has never gotten the order wrong. they tell you it takes 45 minutes for delivery and they are true to that statement, the prices are great for the amount of food you get. they are not skimpy at all. you will get plenty of meat in your dish not just a few pieces with tons of veggies. we have only ever ordered delivery from there and we will continue to do so. it is our very favorite delivery place!!!

disappointed. we order since years there, food always good and quick delivery. today we received our food,the containers wasn't properly closed and the bag it was in was broken, food and sauce all over the other items...a mess in my kitchen and all over the place, what i had to clean up,yucky. had another idea of a nice dinner. after calling new skillman wok, we got a lame apology, no compensation and now we have to wait another half hour for our food to come again :( sorry guys, we order next time from someone else!!!!
food is good but customer service is bad :(

i was ripped off by your delivery driver. i order a meal to be delivered within 3 miles. the meal came up to 15 and i handed the driver and 20 he takes off before giving me my change. not happy at all. once again staff experience ruins my perception of the place. the food was good.

aammmaaazzziiinnggg!. i work in an office and i was craving chinese but i didnt want to go to a panda express because i am not a big fan but my co-worker had a menu from this place and i immediately fell in love with the prices and i ordered the broccoli beef and fried rice and it was really good, we are making this a routine every week=)
