the best italian in town. my family and i are hugely obsessed with italian food, and we have never been able to find a better veal parm with fettuccini alfredo. the lasagna and penne pollo never disappoint either.
i am surprised to read negative reviews about the service, because bassel and joanne (and their lovely staff) have always treated us like family. give thisplacea try! you won't be disappointed!

amazing food. this is our new date night spot. the food is amazing. we always get the ravioli as an app - it is perfection. i don't even like mushrooms - i still think its perfection.

i ordered the chicken alfredo the first time i visited and cannot part with the idea of trying something else. it is the richest, most flavourful alfredo i've ever tasted - generous portion i almost always have enough to take home for lunch the next day. i recommend this restaurant to anyone trying to impress their date.

two small criticisms. the young girls who work here need to pay attention to their facial expressions when doing other tasks - i watched one girl wrapping forks and knives and she was just glaring at people! haha.

my server was a man with a fancy mustache and the manager sat us - both men are very nice, professional - really know how to keep the atmosphere sophisticated and inviting.

the manager really knows his stuff and it seems like a greatplaceto host an event - they really want to cater to your needs. he's very much a - you tell me what you want i'll make it happen - kind of guy.

criticism 2 - i ordered the cheesecake to take home - it was the smallest piece of cheesecake i've ever seen - i was sad. i would also recommend taking pomegranates out of your fruit reduction - cheesecake shouldn't crunch at random!

despite that i absolutely love thisplaceand will be back soon!

the best!. napoli's is a greatplaceto take your family, loved ones or any event/party. i've been there many times and had just celebrated my parents 80th birthday there last night and the experience was none the less of amazing. the staff is so welcoming and warming, its a great experience every time!!

great place, great food and great atmosphere. my husband and i and our boys love going to napolis. i have to say we frequent theplaceon a regular basis. i normally order the pomodoro con bocconcini and i order it with chicken and it is an amazing salad and quite filling. the other item that i truly enjoy is the vongole and because i am somewhat allergic to gluten, it is nice to go to aplacethat actually has the choice and the noodles are cooked perfectly, not mushy at all. the entire family are in love with the meatballs! i have to admit, sometimes i order a meatball on the side of the salad! :) the kids (ages 12 and 13) love the zucchini fritti. i truly enjoy the wine list and the staff is extremely nice to us all, especially basil! basil and napolis is involved with alot of charities and it is nice to support aplacethat truly cares about the community.

i totally recommend theplaceand will keep going back, we even do takeout!

take a trip to preston street instead. i would give thisplacea very average rating. average decor - with the big screen tv playing sports, it feels more like a bar. average wait staff - not overly friendly or talkative, they almost seem annoyed to be serving you.
rolls and bread to start the meal were horrendous! cold and hard. entree was just ok, not the best italian food i ever had but i've had worse. i'd rather drive to preston street or even la cucina on hazeldean for a better italian meal.

mrs.. the most aweful restaurant experience we've ever had. very snotty servers. you get the feeling that you are a nuisance to them. the service was extremely slow. not too long after the food was served, we kept being asked if we were done. we felt rushed to leave. the food was very greasy. no real presentation either. thisplaceis all hype. lousy food and terrible service. never again !
