and thesushiwas, well, it was also "just all right".  the smoked salmon was fine, as was the tuna. i mean, it wasn't bad sushi, but it didn't knock it out of the park in terms of taste and quality. and something was really salty in either the rolls or the sushi. this naked tchopstix certainly wasn't as good as the one i was at in indianapolis and was somewhat disappointing overall.

bland food and unsupported management. my family ate here recently and the waiter was nice enough and very helpful. unfortunately he had a an accident and dropped food on my mother-in-laws lap. we could understand the accident and werent upset with the waiter by any means but then the rest of the food came out. mysushiwas bland, tasteless and overall gross. my husband got the the spicy pork which had more taste then mysushibut was definitely not up to par. our waiter spent mose of our meal trying to apologize and finally was able to get his manager to come by at the end to offer to pay for her dry cleaning. and lastly when all was said and done the waiter came back to help box up my mother in laws food and used the rag he just wiped a table with to pick up her bowl putting half the towel in the bowl itself. needless to say, we will not be going back here. very disappointed, not so much with the staff as everyone makes mistakes, but definitely with the food. double yuck!

absolutely my favoritesushirestaurant in fort wayne.  i have dined here numerous times.  the facility is nice, new, clean and well managed.  the prices are fair and ive always had good service.  i highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.  my favorite roll is the playboy roll.  it has; inside: shrimp tempura, asparagus,
spicy tuna mix, tempura chips
outside: cooked shrimp, 3 specialty sauces.  this roll is wrapped in aluminum foil and it set on fire once brought to your table.  the taste is unique and not for all but, i love this roll.

still fantastic sushi. this is one of my favorite restaurants in fort wayne. i just want people to know that the food is always great, and the headsushichef goes out of his way to make me feel welcome everytime i come in.

good food, so so atmosphere. food was really good. service not so much. manager brought out part of food and never came back. our server retrieved the rest of our food and provided great service from that point on. another negative was the very loud large party on the other side of the wall, somebody should have cut them off and asked them to quite down. they really disturbed our meal.
however, its definitely worth it to come back and get more fantasticsushidespite poor management and rude tables.

bestsushiin fort wayne. when i think of greatsushifort wayne indiana wouldn't have been at the top of my list. i was presently surprised at their selection. from toro to uni. the headsushichief is truly an artist. he made my tuna sashimi into a rose.
you can tell when people like what they do.

just meh, but with a large pricetag. the atmosphere is pretty lame, the service is pretty slow. the food would be alright, if the price was a little better. this is a good place for people who don't really like sushi- the staple, basicsushiisn't as good as it should be, but the dressed up versions like the crunch munch and playboy are alright (if you are willing to pay 16 dollars a roll)

love love love the food!. i have eaten here multiple times and every time i do, the food is so yummy! i love thesushirolls and my husband loves the entrees. i ate here last night and they were running a special called the three samurai. i was very excited because it included my favorite rolls the fire, playboy and crunch munch. these are like melt in your mouth absolutely delicious. my husband had the bulgoki with fried rice and he cleaned his plate! we had a wonderful little server, she was very attentive and kept us very happy.

good quality for the price. very good service, pleasant atmosphere. awesome sauce accompanied crab rangoon. the pineapple broccoli chicken was good, even if a little too sweet. minor fumble when a plate of seafoodsushiarrived at the table instead of vegetarian inarizushi. miso soup was delish, and the vegetable sunomomo (spelling?) was an exciting and unexpectedly delightful salad with a light dressing, rice noodles, and fresh vegetables.

we will never eat here again. we eatsushiregularly (at least once a week) and we are always very disappointed with the taste of their sushi. the rice is very chewy and the rolls tend to lack flavor. the service is always the worst; everything from waiting forever for someone to check on us, to hearing the waitstaff gossip and talk about inappropriate things between themselves loud enough for us to hear. we decided we would never eat here again. do yourself a big favor and go to asakusa instead.

this restaurant is dumbed down sushi/pan-asian food for white people. the interior was so trite and stereotypical i felt offended. i feel like this place is specifically pandering to uneducated midwesterners. those that give this place excellent reviews must only thinksushiis a "playboy" roll smeared with cream cheese. everything i had here sucked; thesushifish was pale and flavorless and overpowered by the accompanying ingredients, my main was so salty it was inedible. absolutely would not return.

wow. bestsushiin town, plus korean and chinese food. even if you do not like sushi, there is something for everyone here. i could eat there everyday.

excellent. the general tso's chicken is among the best i have ever eaten. the dipping sauce for the crab rangoon is amazing. i haven't tried thesushiyet, one day i will work up the nerve.

really good sushi!. went to nt today for lunch. place was quiet today, a couple days after christmas. i got nigiri only, white tuna, uni, and tobiko. was given free cucumber/seaweed/pollak krab appetizer along with a white tuna appetizer on the house that were both very good. the uni was exceptionally fresh, service was attentive but not overbearing. my regularsushirestaurant, sakura, never has uni, my favorite, so i will drive the extra mile or two to get it. definitely recommended!

have always had good knowledgeable service here. if i ever had a question, our server had an answer, or went to go fetch someone who did. atmosphere is great, good first date kinda place :) prices are about on oar with othersushiplaces in town...the rolls are a little bigger, and so is the price. they also have some uniquesushirolls that you don't find anywhere else.. ie crunch munch, playboy roll, corona roll ll keep coming back here :)

the best... ever.... this is arguably the bestsushii have ever had…ever. i have been to many places all over the states, and this was, again, the best i have ever had. we created a sampler of octopus salad, pork shumi with wasabi, and the playboy roll. there was easily enough food here for two people; we could not finish it all. the presentation was incredible. it looked just as good as it tasted. the service was above and beyond. the décor was very nice; music was a nice blend of 80s rock. the restaurant was immaculate.
fort wayne has a real winner here. make sure to stop in here and try this!
