oh you've never had yakiyori? well prepare for an amazing experience while jim tantalizes your taste buds with duck, lamb, filet, and other assorted meats. meanwhile myles and the staff will treat you with their knowledge of the food and kindness you won't find anywhere else! truly a new gem to the summerville scene!

found our new favorite restaurant!. amazing food! great service! perfect for a nice date night or an outing with tons of crazy kids & loud friends!! words can't even explain how wonderful mama mamu & papa jun are. the entire staff was friendly. our server angela was patient, helpful and gave great recommendations. our new favorite restaurant.

everything was delicious! best ramen since japan! and definitely reminded us of food in san diego.

awsome!. what a wonderful place! the service is as good as the food! went here for my mother's day dinner! best food i have had in the charleston area in a long time. a hidden jewel ! we will be back!

fantastic!!. after visiting myles and jun yakitori for the 2nd time in a week, i have to say that i love it! the yakitori is delicious! different meats grilled over a japanese grill to perfection. the chicken thighs in peanut sauce and the wagyu are simply the best. the service and staff are amazing. my 7 year old is in love with all of them & ms. myles is one of the sweetest women you will meet. she wants nothing but the best food and experience for you. she goes above and beyond for her customers. i can not recommend this restaurant enough!!!

my husband and i were visiting for valentines weekend and chose this place for dinner. the reservations were full, but we were welcome to wait for a table. the wait wasn’t very long at all on a friday night. the owner was greeting customers as well as working along side the other wait staff. the owner, along with our waitress were both very friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. we had the wagyu beef yakitori, which was outstanding! we shared an entree of hibachi steak and chicken. the food was amazing. if we are ever in summerville again, we will be dining again at this establishment, i can’t say enough great things about it!

what an amazing meal!!
i have been wanting to try this place for awhile; but i am usually here during the middle of the day. glad i waited until they opened. i had the chicken yakitori and the kalbi. each was better than the last. amazing staff and i will be back!!

owner was wonderful! spent my birthday dinner here. bacon wrapped quail eggs are a need to get! if you like sweet things get the sake sangria. owner gave us free sake and a delicious red bean ice cream on honey toast for a little of a wait. well worth any wait that we had!

myles and jun never cease to give the best service and the most delicious and varied food - they have been long established in summerville and are definitely one of our top favorites for dining!
try it - you will love it! the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and there is so much to choose from!

there are no words to describe this gem of a restaurant. mrs. myles is an awesome business owner. she made us feel like we were in her home and were the guest of honor. what a beautiful woman! and the food!!!! try everything. trust me! my words simply won't do this place justice. just go!

i absolutely love this hidden jem! the food is always excellent. service is outstanding!!! if you go hear and it is a busy night please be patient, because everything is made fresh and customers take forever to leave because the service is that good....the owner is very gracious, kind, and friendly....she welcomes you with open arms to her establishment.....you can tell that she is very passionate about her business but also the type of experience you have while dining here....love this place

as always, this place is to die for. i have eaten here many times and will continue as long as they are open. every visit leaves me more speechless. the food.. outstanding. the costumer service.. out of this world. the sake sangria ;) just get it. myles and jun are both awesome people. 10,000 stars for yakitori.
