my fried chicken

ordered a whole chicken and 2 chips and one garlic bread.
have been wanting to try these for a while, level 3 lock down made it wasy to order and park to pick up takeways.

the chicken had great flavours to br honest, we had origional andsweetand spicy. but it was too dry, either cooked for too long or it had been sitting there a while. only the legs and thighs were ok to eat. the garlic bread weren't favoured by the kids but i guess that comes down to preference.
if i can suggest that the chips should come in a box or container instead of a paper bag then they wouldn't be soggy after a short car ride.
i'm sorry about the negative feed back but hopefully it will help you gain more customers by doing some improvements.

went here for dinner with a friend and i must say the place is at par with places like pocha in terms of quality. if you enjoy a simple well seasoned chicken, their og is for you! if you're like me who loves punishing herself with chilli, the thunderbird will leave you in sweat and questioning your choices. for a perfect amount of spice and delightfulsweetnotes, hot nsweetas ended up being our favourite for the night. i only got to try a bit of the cluck cluck soy as we were already stuffed from the other flavours, but dip it in honey or mustard and it takes the flavour on another level. pretty happy with our experience, their beer selection by garage project is awesome as well. the only thing i probably would have faulted is the limited table space, on a busy night the crowd might mean a fair amount of wait time.

hot &sweet(pic3): favorite of the whole meal! slightly spicy taste well balanced with the sweetness. this is the dish that makes you want to lick every single finger afterwards. *

garlic & soy (pic4): second favorite of the day, moderately strong garlic flavor, just enough saltiness, we just want to rub all the chicken into as much sauce as we can😂

garlic bread (pic5): this garlic break opened up our horizon, it's buttery, it's garlicy and it also has a subtle sweetness which is so unique and delicious. *

overall, 100% we are going to come back for more! their fries is amazing too with wasabi sauce. and their radishes are so good

chicken was better than i expected. i liked it. note: take wet wipes with you after eating the soy chicken there was nowhere to get the stickiness off our fingers . overall it was yummy .
there was somethingsweetin the garlic bread that didn’t go with my tastebuds tho.
but lovely place and lovely staff :)

got to try this new fried chicken place in ponsonby central called my fried chicken (it is a place opened by the owner of gao and previous owner of centro) and tried 3 types of chicken from their menu: the og, cluck cluck soy (garlic and soy sauce) and hot andsweetas (gochujang)

loved the cluck cluck soy the most. the chicken was so juicy and matched so well with the sauce. hot andsweetas got a little bit of kick but it’s not deadly spicy (there was a dangerously spicy that we dared not go into...)

they usually have a bigger portion of chicken! we told them to reduce the portion because it was just my friend and i trying it out

we got to try out 3 of their chicken selections: cluck cluck soy (garlic chicken on original), the og, hot &sweetas! (we asked them to make it a quarter the size as there were only the two of us). our favourite was the cluck cluck soy! sweet, crispy and soft!
