very poor service. my family came into town and we took them to this restaurant. we were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. the wait to be seated was expected but upon being seated the service was the poorest i have ever experienced. the server took our drink orders and after serving them took our order. the salad i ordered and specifically asked to have before dinner was not brought out until i had to ask for it, after almost 30 minutes. then instead of blue cheese dressing there was a mix of blue cheese and ranch, did not eat and had the salad removed from my check. our server must have known the group next to our table as she spent most of her time talking with them and not once came over to check on us, we had to ask another server for drink refills. the group of 4 next to us that she apparently knew got their appetizer and food before us and was seated 15 minutes after our group. it took almost an hour to get out food and when it arrived the fries were cold, the kid's pasta was not as ordered and the meat on theburgerswere over cooked. not sure where the place got all it's rave reviews but there was definitely something amiss in this place. it is safe to say that i will never patronize this establishment again.
