cool place, hot burgers. they kept the same layout as the old "corkey's bbq" for anyone that's been there. the burgers were very good.

i tried the peanut butterburgerjust because it sounded funky and i've never seen it before. now, i don't think i'll get it again, but it was very good. it's just that there are other choices that i'd like to try on the menu.

our family was very pleased. the staff was great and the wait was ok. we went on a weeknight. it looks packed on weekends.

pretty good. kahunaburgerwas pretty good after adding grilled onions. bartender (girl with the tattoo sleeve) was very friendly and helpful. good for that long timeburgercraving.

i had dinner there while in town for business. theburgerwas very good and the fries were also good. i ordered the savell burger, medium, and it was cooked to perfection.

this place has awesome fried cheese. i like the burgers and salads too. fast service and friendly as well. decent decor for aburgerjoint but the need to rework the upholstery!! i will be back soon for the middle burger.

good thick juicy burgers!!! cold beer, good service and did i say good thick juicy burgers!

atmosphere good, i always sit at the bar, service was good didn't wait on anything. the fries were cooked right. you know sometimes there over or under.

so all in all a good place to have a greatburgerand conversation with the one you love!

poorest of service. the worst experience i have ever had at a restaurant. whoever voted this bestburgerjoint in mississippi needs to have their head examined. wait staff is rude.we won't be beck to that place again.

yes. peanut. butter. burger! eight ounces of beef slathered in creamy or crunchy peanut butter, with bacon added for $.50. and yes, i added the bacon. if you’re aburgerlover and you haven’t had one with peanut butter, then you’re really only pretending. reminiscent of a thai peanut sauce, only sweeter, it blends perfectly with the savory, smoky flavors of beef and bacon.

not impressed. staff were friendly, all appeared to be in college, and under age 22, even the guy that presented himself as day manager was "green" young. theburgerwas only fair, but nothing to write home about. while the sweet potato fries were much better than the burger. staff seemed to come around and harass you while you were trying to eat and not be disturbed. i should have asked one to sit down, and maybe they would have "shut up." i give the place an overall 6 1/2 at best.

frozen patties and grumpy owner. decent burgers, but in no way close to being the best in the state, as ranked by mississippi magazine. on top of that, there was profanity coming from the back, which the server said was the owner getting onto someone. fries were good, and pepperjack cheese wedges were amazing. had the mcdonald, and right away you can tell the patty was just a frozen patty, probably from sysco. still, the combination of sauces and cheeses, along with the big bun, made it pretty decent. no frozen pattyburgeris deserving of any "best" title though.

best burger. you can't beat the gamble burger. i used to frequent the hattiesburg location for thisburgerand it was just as good when i ordered it here.

bad experience, mediocre food. stopped for sunday lunch @1:00. place full, plates coming out looked good, huge burgers. four top table, took over 40 minutes to get four sandwiches. my cheeseburger was horrible, cooked to death, bun cold, got one huge bite of pickles that must have been all together and the only ones on the bun. fries cold, out of a freezer bag, same with the onion rings my friend tried. she did enjoy her grilled chicken sandwich and my son's mushroomburgerwas good to him. big sandwich but nothing to write home about. service was slow and our waiter had no personality to go with his tatoos. young serve staff, didn't see much management presence. i had eaten at the location in starkville a couple of years ago and enjoyed. maybe we hit a bad day but won't be back, too many good places around that area to eat.

not best burger. we gave this place a go after reading the reviews. the wait staff was ridiculous. we got our drinks then waited at least thirty for our child's drink after hearing "oops, sorry" at least four times. tables around us weren't bussed the entire time we were there. now to the food. i ordered aburgerand sweet potato fries. the fries were cold. theburgerwas thrown together so quickly i had a cold slice of off-the-sysco-block cheese on top. the only consistent greatburgerjoint we've found is majestic. sorry mugshots but you get one chance only.
