my two cents. i am a big fan of daily breakfast. having spent 20 years loving the egg and i, coffee pub, omelet house and cracked egg to name a few, i was not in need of an additional breakfast spot. however, this morning i was compelled to meet a friend at mto cafe. i had heard great thing about it. i was encouraged to try the "kfc". thismenuitem consists of "mash-browns" which are a layer of hash browns with a layer of mashed potatoes with another layer of has browns on it. this alone has a great flavor but there is more. on top of the mash browns is the juiciest flaky fried boneless chicken breast covered in a country gravy with small bits of ham in it. but wait, there's more...on top of the gravy sits eggs your way (mine were scrambled).
i must say that this dish was amazing! some many favors came together perfectly that i believe this will be my new daily breakfast spot.
