absolutely terrible.. a friend and i went to dinner at mt. fuji this evening, and it was forgettable to say the least. the food was so/so, but that was nothing compared to the atrocious customer service i experienced. our waiter charged my card for another tables pricey tab, but told me that i wouldn't have any charges from it. not the case. i was charged $60 for a meal that i didn't have, on top of my already existing tab. when i went to confront the situation, i was met stubbornly by the staff and didn't receive even a simple apology. upon inquiring as to when a general manager would be available to speak with, i was told to call back in three days and was told he might not actually be there. a restaurant (that is freshly opened at that) which does not take customer complaints seriously, is not a restaurant that is worth going to. all in all, i have received better customer service from fast food restaurants. for your sake, do not waste your time.
