mr. mesero

i really like the vibe here. to some people that have previously complained by about the flavors here, it is supposed to be kind of a mexican fusion restaurant. i loved theplaceand judging by the crowd, so do a lot of people. the margarita might have been a little over priced, but still a good dinning experience.

my favorite trendy mexican foodplacein dallas! you can't go wrong here - margaritas are made fresh, rice is delicious, use authentic mexican ingredients for all dishes. a must!

everything is great, until.... all three visits to mr. mesero have included excellent food and margaritas. everything is great, until you put your fork down after the last bite. plates and water glasses are immediately removed and, if you don't quickly settle up and head for the door, the manager will tell you it's time to go - they need your table. tonight, celebrating a birthday with three friends, we received the same treatment. there was only one party of two waiting and, as soon as we finished eating, we were very rudely informed our table was needed.

if all you want is great food and a margarita, this is theplacefor you. if you would like to enjoy a drink first, or linger over an after dinner drink with your companions, mr. mesero is mr. no-go. head back to mi cocina for the same food with a much more enjoyable dining experience.
