pork belly bao was great, we ordered the duck lettuce cups, korean chicken wings, squid and paua dumplings. the squid was under-seasoned, paua dumplings were ok,  not the texture i like... duck lettuce cups were tasty but portions were small. korean wings were tasty. great and fast service, but don't think i will go back anytime soon.

pork belly bao was delicious but everything else was average. could use more seasoning on the crispy squid and the paua dumplings didn't do it for me

went here for dinner with a friend on a wednesday night and we were served pretty quickly. tried their bao buns - loved the pork belly!

a bit of warning, if you don't order the correct sides, you may be disappointed with the servings. (for example the prawn cocktails were so tiny). we had to keep ordering more just to fill us up.

i would nevertheless give it another chance someday.

tapas asian style with wide selection of dishes. we tried the lovely bao buns, crunchy squid rings, kung pao cauliflower, mince and cheese dumplings and prawn salad on won ton crisps. plenty more on offer making for a good reason to return! great drinks selection includes craft beers as well as mocktail options. friendly, fast service. highly recommend.

came here for dinner last week with a friend of mine and we had a very good experience. the only thing i didn't like was the popcorn chicken was too salty and a bit dry and they have tiny servings.

visited mr go's for first time on friday night after hearing good things. it didn't disappoint- needed to wait a bar for a bit for a table but enjoyed a pint and then were quickly sat down. bao are simply awesome, soft buns, epic sauces and the bite's to share were very tasty. odd comment here about value but we felt portions were very reasonable, with the actual plate itself being the only small thing, and for $67 for two incl drinks left happy. we like their use of free-range pork too. reccomended

visited on saturday evening, all tables full but 20min waiting time went quickly sipping tasty cocktails by the bar. our first course, popcorn chicken was a bit dry, but otherwise tasty. paua dumplings and mince & cheese dumplings were disappointing: paua filling was tasteless and chewy, mince&cheese was soggy and uninspiring. our next courses, gado gado and pickle plate, were much better. good textures and yummy peanut in sauce in gado gado, and big pickle plate with just enough spiciness. we finished our meal with pork gua-baos, which were great, even though parts of the meat was dry as jerk meat, and chicken wings, that were covered in delicious glazing, but again were slightly dry. $30pp with a cocktail not bad at all, i would go again to sample the rest of the menu as it looks very interesting.

great atmosphere, friendly staff and exciting menu! the cocktails, bao buns and the chicken wings were a particular hit. very reasonable prices - cost $30 per person for good amount of food for dinner and a drink.

okay so we came here last night for a last minute dinner option as we were across the road at the gym. i think this is my new fav in welly! im a massive asian fusion fan and i can't comment on the whole menu but what we had was delicious so tasty and cheap! cheap cheap! even better.  we had the steamed milk buns, ( favorite )  everything in it had so much flavor i wanted more! we also had the edamame salsa and the popcorn chicken. all three dishes were incredible with the milk bun being my favorite. the edamame salsa was different but so good, its more like won tons made into chips with an guac salsa dip! yummm! again what you pay for the excellent tasty food as well as the great service truly is a magical find this place! we usually go to chow which is good but your bank account hates you after, well after visiting here my bank account still loved me afterwards and wanted to stay friends :p i've just seen online takeaway is also available even better!  can't wait to come back

early dinner on a thursday, still started to fill up before we left around 6:45pm. mr go's is mainly a tapas style restaurant with asian inspired nibbles and plates. we shared the edamame salsa and wonton crisps, taiwanese popcorn chicken, mince and cheese dumplings, and fries with sambal oelek mayo. although the prices look good, the servings are small so remember it adds up when picking more than a few options to try. i still think the price was good considering we had a non-alcoholic drink each, four savoury plates and two desserts between two and paid $30 each. the desserts were standout, fried bun with chocolate ice cream and raspberry sauce, and donut balls with yuzu curd. deep fried, crispy and delicious! i'd like to go back and try a few more things on the menu, like the kimchi, spring rolls, squid rings, and satay skewers. one thing i'd like to see is some mocktails on the menu, and the wall behind the counter looks unfinished and distractingly empty from the street with no art, mirrors etc just a few lights. i definitely recommend giving this place a go :)
