not too sure about umhlanaga but we definitely went to the mr browns in toti at the galeria mall.... ever since i have been trying to convince everyone to head over to try theribseith that spicy texan sauce or whatever it was because that stuff blew my mind... we just stopped for a quick bite that dat but im looking forward to getting my fingers dirty very soon

let's give a slow clap to my first ever shitty review guys, doing this one right here & now while the flames of my disappointment are still raging. this one goes out to the outlet in toti galleria, so sorry umhlanga you're gonna have to take he heat for this one. what a shit of the earth meal i've just had, ordered a tex n cheese russian roll with tater tots. tots were still frozen, my russian roll was nowhere near worthy of r78.90. who knew 'cheesy russian' hotdog meant a cold slice of processed cheese slapped under a regular microwaved sausage and put on the tiniest roll of life which is then garnished with a single sheet of iceberg lettuce. man this would have all been great had they just grilled the entire thing in the oven.ribson the other hand were okay, and the waiter was very friendly but that ain't gonna raise the bar for me.

this is a lovely family friendly establishment. the kiddiesribsare huge and tasty! that was such a pleasant surprise as most kiddiesribsare super small.

the wings were also tasty. my husband enjoyed the big blue burger, i on the other hand did not enjoy their cheesy b burger as i expected it to have a tastier cheese sauce. it failed short in that regard.

the choc nutty milkshake was my favourite. i found it better tasting than the strawberry and cookies n cream. the strawberry diaquiri was also tasty. great experience overall. i would definitely go back!

just ate from mr browns for the second time, first time we ate in and today was a take away. the food is absolutely delicious, and the bacon chili jam sauce is heavenly!! being a rib fan, 1kg ofribsand chips for r119 on a monday is unbelievable value and so much food! great place, great vibe but mostly great food! you will be seeing much more of us!

i loved the atmosphere at mr browns. i was impressed with theirribsand especially the milkshakes. despite being quiet, the food did take a bit long to come out. nonetheless, mr browns - we will be back!

just had takeawayribsfrom the umhlanga branch and they were definitely the worstribswe've ever had - flat and strange pieces of bone with hardly any meat on them. seems like some kind of off-cuts and absolutely horrible! also asked for one bourbon and one original country bbq - got home and both were bourbon. will never buy food from them again. shocking!!!

so after much research looking for a place to get real smoked meats i came across mr.browns bbq heard through the grape vine that theribsand burgers where the bomb so time its about that time to sample what mr browns be cooking up.

located near hooters in umhlanga,you immediately are greeted by vibrant colors and and graffiti on the walls giving it a true diner setup,those who have been to the usa will know,

step into the store and your greeted with a friendly smile and helpful service by the waitress.

my order for something to drink consisted a choconutty milkshake with chocolate sprinkles and a glass of cold ice water

my main was the bru burger but being me i wanted to be different and decided to throw another 150g piece of beef on my burger #doingbigthings #bigthingsforbigboys

my sister tried the chicken wings in a texan basting,looks nice and was told the jalapeños were tangy #tastebuds

my cousin tried the grill chicken bbq burger with fries his opinion on the burger was good but then again when u have big shoes like unity bar /s43 around.

in a nutshell mr browns bbq is the better american style braai in durban.definetly worth a try when you in the area or jus in need of burger by the beach.
