mr browns is based in galleria mall in amanzimtoti not umhlanga. milkshakes to ribs to cocktails 🍸 cocktails all served. beautiful classic, colorful decor, fun and funky! the ribs were good and experience is a must!👍

last weeks weekend lunch was at mr browns in galleria mall. wanted to have something different as we took mum for a treat coz it was her birthday. their burgers looked divine so we opted for that. starters was their wings which was super yum.
i had the cheese burger, hubby had the hangover burger and mum had the shroom burger. it was really filling and really delicious. they get a thumbs up from me.

firstly this place is in galleria mall in toti and not umhlanga.
i really enjoyed this place. had a great vibe and the food was yum! their ribs are delish! will definitely be giving them another visit soon!

a relatively good atmosphere and an exceptional menu - there are so many amazing options to choose from that you'll want to go back, and the prices aren't too bad at all. portion sizes are just a tad small (in comparison to other similar restaurants) and service was slow. it felt like our waiter almost forgot about us at some stage.

not too sure about umhlanaga but we definitely went to the mr browns in toti at the galeria mall.... ever since i have been trying to convince everyone to head over to try the ribs eith that spicy texan sauce or whatever it was because that stuff blew my mind... we just stopped for a quick bite that dat but im looking forward to getting my fingers dirty very soon

let's give a slow clap to my first ever shitty review guys, doing this one right here & now while the flames of my disappointment are still raging. this one goes out to the outlet in toti galleria, so sorry umhlanga you're gonna have to take he heat for this one. what a shit of the earth meal i've just had, ordered a tex n cheese russian roll with tater tots. tots were still frozen, my russian roll was nowhere near worthy of r78.90. who knew 'cheesy russian' hotdog meant a cold slice of processed cheese slapped under a regular microwaved sausage and put on the tiniest roll of life which is then garnished with a single sheet of iceberg lettuce. man this would have all been great had they just grilled the entire thing in the oven. ribs on the other hand were okay, and the waiter was very friendly but that ain't gonna raise the bar for me.

super slow service. when the drinks order came, it was wrong. interesting food and burger combinations, however the taste of the patties not good at all! rather buy mcdonald's or spur or wimpy.

this is a lovely family friendly establishment. the kiddies ribs are huge and tasty! that was such a pleasant surprise as most kiddies ribs are super small.

the wings were also tasty. my husband enjoyed the big blue burger, i on the other hand did not enjoy their cheesy b burger as i expected it to have a tastier cheese sauce. it failed short in that regard.

the choc nutty milkshake was my favourite. i found it better tasting than the strawberry and cookies n cream. the strawberry diaquiri was also tasty. great experience overall. i would definitely go back!

our waiter was incredibly slow! the speedy kitchen staff had left our drinks out on the counter to be served but the waiter just kept doing other things. (there was only one other table and they weren't being served either) absolutely unbelievable. we actually got up and fetched our drinks ourselves. other than his useless service, my other complaint is that my milkshake topping was more like fine dust than big wafer chunks as i would have expected, and i could taste no nuts in my choc-nut milkshake.
the food, however, was absolutely divine and i will be returning solely for that reason.

after perusing the menus of places to eat in umhlanga, the famous pulled pork of mr browns caught my eye, and it was definitely a place i would havr liked to go to. pretty obvious that i would order the pulled pork with cheese and slaw, and it's pretty damn good. the salty pork and bbq sauce go well together as well as the tangy slaw. a great place to go to if u in the area

my husband was looking for a place to have brunch and he came across mr. browns on zomato. he insisted we try it out as he saw they were famous for their pulled pork dishes. it was a cold morning, great for comfort food. the decor is your typical american diner look. my husband ordered the pulled pork n' cheese bun and i had the southern fried chicken burger. the food arrived quickly. my chicken was deliciously crunchy and tender. way better than kfc fried chicken and they were not shy to pack the burger with lots of chicken. they chips were also really good. my only suggestion would be to serve the burgers on a plate or board as it's difficult to eat in those bowls.

just ate from mr browns for the second time, first time we ate in and today was a take away. the food is absolutely delicious, and the bacon chili jam sauce is heavenly!! being a rib fan, 1kg of ribs and chips for r119 on a monday is unbelievable value and so much food! great place, great vibe but mostly great food! you will be seeing much more of us!

mr browns is an awesome spot if you are looking for a tasty filling meal, proper diner "american" style food. i have been to mr browns twice, i would go for wings every time they are seriously good. the fully loaded pulled pork over chips is also really good, especially washed down by one of their craft beers. do be prepared to wait, it's not a very speedy place.
