mozaika burger & co.

not bad but not great. a pretty tasty burger but not special enough to justify the price tag. the sweet potato chips were hard and almost inedible. beer is also on the expensive side.

vyborný burger, za který si nechají také zaplatit. prostředí, pohotovost a rychlost obsluhy v pořádku. cena za přílohy atd. jsou celkem vysoké, ale výsledná chuť za to stojí.

bola som tam na dennom menu,ktore bolo jednoducho vyborne,domaca bezinkovo limonada skvela a personal neskutocne mili,jednoducho gastronomické nebo 😊

as an american living in prague, good burgers are hard to find. successfully creative burgers are even more rare. this restaurant succeeds on both counts. my wife had a very interesting brisket burger: the meat tasted like brisket (an even greater rarity here), but was shaped like a normal hamburger. i had an absolutely incredible teriyaki beef tongue burger, topped with pickled ginger (like sushi is served with). home-made fries from both potato and yucca (!) completed the meal. the service was very friendly and helpful, and although the "apple pie" wasn't a pie (more like an apple cake, pies are something we haven't really found here either), it was still good. my wife's brownie & ice cream were met with high praise. the only disappointment was the coffee we had with dessert, but then again, this is a burger joint, so no dashed hopes there. will definitely be visiting again, and may bring one of my wife's apple pies along to show them how it's done; if this place actually served real, american-style apple pie, they'd definitely take the cake!

jidlo bylo velmi dobre, obsluha vynikajici. doporucuji pro posezeni s kamarady. mel jsem maly burger a hranolky, ktere by udelala moje mama podobne vyborne ;)

konecne restaurace, ktora ma jasne dane zameranie. dostanete jednoduchy jedalny listok, ktory sa vojde na 1 stranu a mate na vyber z niekolkych druhov burgeru. burgery su perfektne, skvele dochutene, stavnate.

velke plus za pivo z pivovaru matuska. rezervaciu je mozne spravit i online, co ocenujem. 

obsluha je skvela, velmi mila, profesionalna. hned po jedle sme dostali doporucenie na domaci kolac, ktory bol skutocne ako od babicky. velmi rad sa sem vratim.

edit: dnes som mal cestu okolo obeda, tak som prisiel vyskusat poledni menu prave sem. bol som znovu presvedceny, ze kuchar je majster remesla a vynikajuce robi nie len burgery ale i uzasnu tomatovu polievku. cestoviny boli tiez vynikajuce, no znova skvely zazitok a najvyssie hodnotenie je tu pravom.

"what the hell" ..... their "hell" burger with spicy chorizo and salsa was a delicious treat and tempts me to go back to try some of their other gourmet burgers. nice casual setting in the basement of a vinohrady side street, mozaika is for me one of the top contenders for best burger in town. nice touch is that they offer either sliders or burgers. in addition they have some homemade lemonades and matuska craft beer on the menu.

tak jsme se po delsi dobe rozhodli zkusit burger a kam jinam jit nez na nejake dobre hodnocene misto. popravde jsem zklama vsim, od interieru, ktery je bez napadu a neceho typickeho po obsluhu, ktera nebyla nejnadsenejsi a to hlavni jidlo - tak stejk byl skvely, ale cibulove krouzky byly dost premastene, hranolky presmazene a vypadaly spis jak julienne a ne hranolky a burger byl klasicky, ne spatny, ale ani dost dobry, abysme se vratili.

best burger 🍔 i have had in prague!! the parmesan fries with chipotle majones was so good! i had takeaway so can't say anything about the service. but cool interior and nice waiter:)

overly expensive, poor and late service (more than half an hour to serve a burger if it's busy) resulting in wrong orders and cold meals.

more than 200 czk for a burger that doesn't come with fries. 75 czk for something they call "parmesan fries" which is just regular fries with a ridiculous amount of "czech parmesan" spread on top. their only good thing is definitely the selection of microbrewery beers but, of course, overly expensive as well.

tomu říkám snoubení piva s pokrmem! pivo matuška excelentní, ochutnal jsem tam všechny, kam se hrabe géčko, starouš, budvar atd., jen na tu jejich nízko voltážní devítku, lehká a super hořká! a pak stoupáme k raptorovi, námořníkovi a jiným (něměl jsem brýle, takže tabule s pivy, pro mě mimo...). ochutnané předkrmy výborné dobře vymyšlené, nepostrádající fantazii...-smažené kvašené okurky,  bbq plate – domácí klobása, vepřová žebra, trhané vepřové maso, bbq fazole,

nakládané okurky, bbq omáčka & kmíňák,  s matuškou a chilli uleželé olomoucké tvarůžky & kmíňák, big cibulové kroužky & česnekový dip, jejich kmíňák (chléb) si všichni pochvalovali). jo to jsme všechno předkrmili a už jsem se cítil dooost najedený. ale jeden hell hambáč se tam ještě vešel a nemám k němu výhrady. měl by tedy pekelně pálit, ale jako dlouholetý čili maniak to hell mám jinde....na housku jsem už neměl místo, tak jen s hranolky...podařená to návštěva.

perfektní burgery vyladěné k dokonalosti a hlavně štavnaté a chutné maso! navíc lze zvolit menší velikost burgeru a ochutnat více variant :-) nejvíce bodů si však zaslouží obsluha, která je milá, ochotná a vždy poradí s čímkoliv. zajímavá je i nabídka předkrmů.

mozaika serves very delicious burgers with reasonable prices. burger was so tasty and spicy. staff was also so helpful. only fries might be a little bit more crispy.

there are 2 things that i really like about mozaika: the taste of the burgers (tasty, juicy, saucy and the bun is perfect) and the different sizes of the burgers. 
the restaurant offers a small, but very good selection of burgers available in 2 sizes: i always take the small one which is perfect for small appetite. 
the beer that they serve is very good as well.
in my opinion the fries are testy but not crunchy enough and the service has been very inconsistent in the past year. nevertheless, this is one of my favorite burger restaurant in prague.

podle mě jedny z nejlepších burgerů v praze a jako bonus výborné pivo. interiér neurazí nenadchne, ale panuje zde příjemná atmosféra. sympatická obsluha a kuchaři.
