horrible experience and irresponsible mangement ....delivereddifferent order ..and when tried to enquire they are busy in taking nee order .... finally got the food itemdeliveredafter 3 hrs by going to a place 10 km from my home

was a great fan of sadya. but understand it has to be dine in only. delivery is badly managed, thoughdeliveredwith speed. only 2 payasam (not 4 in dining), without aviyal, thoran, upperi types, banana, koottukari - it is incomplete

please ask delivery boy to refund the price of vada, which was notdelivereddue to unavailability and his promise to refund the price.

ordered 2 veg korma and only 1 veg korma wasdeliveredand had to pay for 2 .

neverdeliveredsadya despite confirmed booking. spoilt onam for the entire family. when i called up the restaurant next day to ask why it happened, the manager said - order from somewhere else, don't bother us in future. i will take their advice and never order from them again.
