such abadexperience.. i wil never order from this resturant.. they showed 20 min to deliver the food and took 1 n half hour time... zomato should stop doing business from this mothera veg plazza trivandrum

masala dosa tasted like it was made in a burnt pan with old oil...the masala tasted like cholam masala...verybadi recommend not buying dosa from this place..

dosas were verybad, tastedbad, that was parippu not sambar , not even single vegetable found . special dosa and jini dosas are waste of money . masala dosa's masala was pathetic, also ghee roast was tooo oily . normally the masala dosa and ghee roast was okay from here . this time very very bad.

the packing wasbadso the dosa & the curry fell down before passing it to me. also the taste.was not great as expected

verybadcustomer service and they took a long time to deliver.. i wil never order again.. its a negative for zomato too..

well didn't understand which dosa is which ! the taste was good . but the delivery and packaging was a mess. the biriyani was all over the paper .. sobadpackaging. please improve on that !

delivery took 1.5 hour for 3 dosas (it wasn't the fault of delivery boy)so when i called the restaurant they were like its already been send out and asked me to check in zomato map and it was very well noticeable that the delivery boy was still there and i contacted him, he said he didnt receive the food. he also added that this restaurant is alway very much late in giving out food for delivery. when i asked this to the restaurant they deliberately canceled my call. verybadcustomer service and indecent behavior. so i decided now onwards i would never order from this restaurant and would never suggest them to anybody at all.
