best breadsticks in town. i love their pizza too but i definitely go here for their breadsticks. doing the early bird special or the munchie madness makes this place very affordable.

mother bears is slipping. used to be the best pizza in town. not anymore. they are also pricey. buyer beware!

mb's has good pizza (would not say exceptional), and absolutely amazing wings. however, wait times are rather long due to the popularity of the restaurant, and some of the waiters are rude

this will be the thing i miss when i leave bloomington. i order carry out all of the time and they're open so late which is fantastic. the pizza is great! i have not really had any items other than pizza, breadsticks, and brownies but friends have sung the praises of the other menu items. service is usually pretty good too when dining in.

enjoyed a good sunday lunch here with a diy pizza for three toppings and a creamy base. we also had some breadsticks on the side with cheese sauce and some drinks. good service and great food!

came here yesterday all alone to try out the much famed, such high rated mother bear's pizza of the town. so they were having an early bird offer, which i opted for. in that offer you can either take a 10" or 14" pizza and they give you options to choose from a bread of cheese sticks and two drinks. i went for the 10" option and half a variety of both the pizzas. that costed me 14.18$ inclusive of taxes.
i had taken lemonade for drinks, cheese bread sticks and half half for a 10" pizza. the pizzas i chose were hawaiian and divine swine - two of their best sellers as suggested by their staff. liked both of them. both had different flavours of bases and toppings. hence it is difficult to decide which one was better. i liked both of them. the quality of pepperoni, sausages and hams used were very good. loved both of it.
only thing i didn't like that the pizza crusts were very thick. i am thin pizza person, that kinda pissed me off. else, everything was pretty good.

we have eaten here four times in the past few months. the weekend evening crowds can get pretty big, especially on home football or basketball game days, but our longest wait was 15 minutes to seat two people.
the pizzas are very tasty - tons of options - and the salads are made even better with the the addition of goldfish crackers!
mbp is definitely worth a try if you have not yet gone - it is at the top of our bloomington pizza list!

had mother bear's pizza for the first time this evening. definitely a unique experience in pizza that i wasn't expecting, but definitely delicious. we had two pizzas - sausage and extra cheese, and the deluxe pizza.

there is a very good reason why this place has such a high rating. great service making you feel so welcome, to die for pizza and cheesy garlic breads. definitely worth the 35mile (scenic) drive to bloomington. good job guys!!

this is definitely the best place to get pizzas from in bloomington and the ambience of the place is also amazing. the serving size at this place is pretty good and i think it's worth the money. talking about money it isn't outlandish. the food here is pretty affordable. also the service is amazing and very fast. so no complaints.

we ate here because so many people said it was the best pizza.  it is great pizza....  i ordered a simple one with olives artichokes, and peppers.  it was tasty.  my partner ordered off the menu and was very satisfied.  nest time in bloomington and we want pizza, we'll definitely go here again.

since moving away i seriously miss mother bear's. when i came back to visit i got personal sized pizzas and some bread and pasta there. everything on the menu is delicious. i love their lemonade, mmm!

best pizza in town. love their salads too! it's a great place to visit with friends to share a pizza. never had any issues with service. it gets very busy so patience is key.

great pizza. would be even better if they took our order quicker. we had to hunt down a server after sitting for 10 mins but after that service and food was fine.
