great food and service!. i have nothing but great things to say about the food andstaffat moses rose’s hideout. while in town at a conference, i decided to check this place out. the first time i had the buffalo chicken sandwich. the chicken was a big portion and it was delicious. i ordered this to go and was impressed when the bartender went to the self-serve condiment station and put together condiments for me instead of completely ignoring condiments (which is typical when you order to-go at restaurants). the second time i had a plain hamburger (just the way i like it). again, the meat and bread was delicious. this time, i mistakenly left my credit card sitting out. the bartender found it and called my bank. when my bank called they let me know what happened and said he was worried about me not having a card while i was out of town. this is great customer service as he went above and beyond tracking me down to make sure i was not inconvenienced during travel. thanks again moses rose’s.

really good house salad and steak finger basket. funky entrance was fun. waitstafffriendly. manager/owner(?) came to our table to inquire as to our satisfaction. great stop for lunch.

i came here because urbanspoon rated it at 83%; highest for bbq in downtown sa - fake scores. first there is a sign painted over what looks to be the main entrance saying enter through the gift shop. infront of the gift shop there is a lady who pesters you looking to sell tickets for all sorts of attractions around sa. she was extremely persistent and followed my wife and i into the bar; nice way to scare off customers. we self seated and the waitress brought us menus. basically burgers, dogs and nachos. food arrived quickly, was bland and looked reheated. i got a draft dosxx,it came in a cold wet glass. the beer was flat and didn't have the fresh refreshing taste a dosx normally had even with a lime. the music was depressing country. the interior is falling apart; missing bricks and paint. thestaffwere friendly but not attentive. we had to ask for silverware after our food arrived. compared to other places it was a relatively cheap experience, but i would not recommend to anyone.

not a place i would come back to... limited beer choices (only three on tap) and they ran out of the most popular beer!staffmore interested with themselves and their friends than other paying customers! oh, and they don't take amex, which was not posted and they were annoyed cause i said something about it... really! they don't seem to care if a bad review was written or not!
