ambiance was good but food was ok only mainly we wer feeling very hot inside the restaurant

exceptional level of service. good taste and ambience. special mention to chef gaurav for his attention and suggestions. all in all a good experience.

this is a very nice place. the staffs are really friendly. i have been here thrice for breakfast. their breakfast is really good,especially their waffles and pancakes.

this was my second experience in a year but two different occassion. i'll say about the visit to mosaic buffet. i should say it was quite a medium range ambience not so flashy like you expect it to be being a star hotel. when you enter the restaurant i felt the food was not so organised as it was all around..the food was kept far from each other let it be different categories.. nevertheles. i had an awesome experience there as it was my 2nd wedding anniversary and the staffs sang song for us wishing us. ordered a small cake for us by our family which was even more delicious...started with starters..had basa chilly, bottleguard like to i've never tasted before. soups..i should mention was the best in the state if not country. thick one...then i went to salads..it had so many options and each every one were so tasty you feel like only taking salads. they were having thai food fest so had different section for that also. prawns were also yummy..i like chinese anyways...then they had indian dishes like paneer...mutton rosh....pappad...appam..few north indian curries too..then went to deserts..which had never ending choice..kept on having it....so many varieties...at the end the staff also asked if we wanted something from here....so hew happily picked few deserts and put in a box for us..and one more thing is that you could meet handful of celebs there...like i met #vijaybabu #sandra #joshey..#gothereagain

nice tasting food and nice ambience but it seems to miss the mark for me to give it a rating of 4 given that it is a restaurant in one of the best hotels in kochi!

went here for the syrian special buffet and was definitely impressed. the beef was so succulent and soft and perfectly cooked, very rare to find that perfection in a buffet which shows they really work hard on their buffet items. the chef even surprised us by cooking us an additional pork dish.
the buffet was surprisingly not too expensive and the main course options were great. although would have preferred more dessert options. amazing service as well.

always impressed by the service at crowne plaza and how they go out of their way to make you comfortable. the buffet spread is just great! tried out their asian dishes and they were exceptionally good. great variety and good food!

food spread was generous- they had an excellent desert spread besides live grill options. spoiler of the day was when i asked zomato pro payment for my bill and crown plaza staff instantly declined that option!! i spoke to almost 3 staffs to convey my concern and finally manager was called in to resolve zomato pro issue.
so,my special day was blemished because of this unwanted negotiations with staff and i will think twice before i use zomato pro

the mosaic -crown plaza kochi has got great ambience and service.try the buffet it's got a wide range of options.there is wide range of salads the pepper calamari salad,the juicy pineapple chicken salad with sweet baby corn and also the arabian fatush salad.the battered fish was mediocre and the grilled chicken was not well cooked.there is a live pasta counter serving penne,spaghetti.the bread counter serves assorted naan ranging from garlic plain and the traditional indian curries on the menu were mango fish curry ,varthu beans(fried beans),which were ok.finally the deserts were excellent especially the mango gateaux and the assorted gateaux.the sweet mango flavour trickles down the mouth with every bite.its about rs 1500 per head(taxes inclusive) but it's worth it if u have a big belly!

been here on the christmas eve.the food was kinda okay with special christmas goodies and wine.well you would know i dont have to say anything about the ambience.by the poolside is where you can have a good time.

the best place in kochi for buffet! great tasting food with huge variety and amazing staff hospitality! this place is definitely worth a try.

went for lunch buffet. food and options were great. service was good but expected more from a star hotel. they did not serve the welcome drink until we asked and they didn't refill water most of the time. the band was a bit loud.

one of the worst experience in a hotel customer service was bad,food was cold,taste was just okay,went to for some great time with friends but was very much dissaponted and they wouldn't allow me to pay through zomato app.i don't get the point,how much ever i as ask them they wouldn't just let.i ieft because i didn't want to make a scene there.the fact that they wouldn't allow me to pay through zomato really surprised me anyway one of the. worst experience.would never recommend a friend.
