good punjabi food.we liked it very much.some of dish’s name i remember sarso da saag,kebabs everything was nice.service crews are excellent.they take care of their guest like family.i would like mention some of there name uma,anil,jith thank you very much for wonderful dinner

the mosaic buffet offers a good selection of well-prepared dishes suitable for a variety of tastes. it has an upscale but casual ambience. restaurant staff are skilled, attentive and helpful. special mention of ben who provided excellent recommendations including an excellent dosa prepared by chef murali!

amazing experience. i booked a candle light dinner to surprise my fiance on her birthday. she was totally swept away by the stunning surprise and the range of events that were executed with perfection. dear team mosaic, crowne plaza my fiance joins me to applaud the eventful day planned by mr. dhanush and team.

the music and ambience was amazing. the food was delicious with a live counter and a friendly staff. the kind of service the team offered lived over and above my expectations. the whole experience was absolutely value for money.

i would suggest this to anyone who wishes to please their loved one with a special something.

have stayed at crown plaza during our visit to kochi. mosaic is one of the best restaurant in kochi...the food is very good and the atmosphere is also remarkable. the staff cater to your needs and are very courteous.. highly recommended!!!

celebrated anniversery in mosaic restaurant,loved the food and service.bhanu,uma and amal all of them were extremly helpfull.we really enjoyed the evening.

after searching a lot for the best italian food, me and my wife decided to go to mosaic- crowne plaza for our first anniversary dinner.

we were welcomed warmly with smiles all around. we decided to go for al a carté. we were informed ahead that it would take about 25 minutes for the food. it was fine.

we ordered sphagetti in creamy sauce and mushroom and chicken and chicken caesar salad. both were yummy. the spaghetti was one of the best i ever had. but i felt the quantity of the salad a little too less for the price. other than that all was good.

the hosts were very attentive. i guess even the restaurant in charge/ manager came to us for enquiring about the food.

once we were done, and left the restaurant, the problems started. the current went off and the lift stopped. and it took some time( about 5 minutes) for the power to come back which i never expected from a 5 star hotel.

after the power came back, we went to get our car for which we were told to wait as it was raining. we were fine with that too. but after some time, the security came and gave us the key and told us to take the car from the basement ourselves which was tad disappointing. we then went to the basement which we found locked. and after a few minutes before all hell break lose, luckily a person came and opened the door to the basement and apologized.

and when we entered the basement.. hell again.. we had to search for our car.. finally.. after few search op we found the car.

that was quite disappointing.

except for restaurant and their service, the happening with the lobby really disappointed us. so 4 stars entirely for the food and service of the mosaic staff. 1 star for the happenings after.

one of the few recommendable hotel with luck buffett which has a combination of indian, continental abs along with an affordable price... the deserts is a special mention....

buffet dinner : wonderful experience.visited mosaic- crowne plazza for dinner with collegues. the sumptuous buffet had mostly indian dishesh than continental. the staffs and hospitality was really nice.the dessert collection was too good.the dinning area near the swimming pool has a great ambience. overall review: best in kochi among 5 star buffets.

we went for the lunch buffet. the salads were good with a huge variety. as for starters they had only two options - one veg and one non veg. the mains were good as well. i really enjoyed their mutton biriyani and mughlai chicken. finally, we went for the deserts. we were amazed by the variety and tried almost all. but to our disappointment, there wasn’t even one item that we really enjoyed.
for the price they charge, i must say it’s not worth it. there are much better buffets at ernakulam at much reasonable prices.

visited the mosaic restaurant earlier this month for the dinner buffet to celebrate a special occasion. first things first, the entire arrangement and display didn’t appeal to me at all. one ends up walking past a whole bunch of diners in close proximity. i think it can be done a lot better to ensure some kind of privacy. getting to the food, we started off with the soups. i chose the veg soup - pumpkin & rosemary, which was absolutely delicious while my husband chose the non veg soup - sweet & sour chicken, which was just about decent. the salad counter had an assortment of salads, few of which were quite good. as for appetisers, they just had one veg and one non-veg kebab. there was a live counter with a variety of fish. we asked for two different kinds. our order was forgotten and we had to remind them. so that took a while and when it finally arrived, both preparations were quite unimpressive. the main courses involved plenty of options but we were disappointed that there was not a single dish which made us go back for seconds. the soup we started off with set an extremely high standard for the rest of the meal which was unfortunately, not met. desserts were yet again in abundance, decent but nothing memorable. even the service was unimpressive. we asked for butter naan and appams, the order for which was forgotten once again and we were left waiting with our gravies going cold. and once it arrived, the appams were nice but the naans were basically burnt. also, we repeatedly returned to our tables with the next course to find the table uncleared. overall, it was a rather bland experience. i don’t think we’ll be heading back there anytime soon.

my family visit here quite often , for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the food is very good and the staff , very friendly, courteous and helpful.

breakfast at mosaic is the best way to start the day! it’s a banquet of delicacies! the staff is wonderful. my favorite was the fruit platters and the different breads. eggs are made to order. i will miss this so much.
